We have used Douglas Carpet for many years and many projects. From carpet to hardwood floors to recently renovating 4 bathrooms and a laundry room in marble tile, I can’t say enough about the level of service and expertise they provide. Belinda and all the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the store, while their installers are the best! I do believe they are one of the few stores that still employ their own installers which I very much appreciate. Jim not only does a great job of estimating and scheduling of the jobs but also is always there when you need him… I know this as he was here last night at 7pm to help save my carpet after a water pipe break:) It’s great having a business that still cares about customer service. Thank you!

Douglas recently sanded, stained, and resealed our wood floors. We were extremely satisfied with the work. We found the pricing competitive with other floor refinishing shops. They used an extractor on the sander that minimized the sanding dust and also taped plastic drop clothes over the family and sun room entrances. There was a fine layer of dust that required dusting. The furniture was repositioned. We stayed I the home the 4 days it took to complete the work. The staff was very cooperative and communicated well on the entire procees.

Overpriced and poor customer service. I didn’t realize they don’t install their own floors. They contract it out to someone else, so it there is an issue they don’t take responsibility.
