Great bike purchase experience. Jim and his staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate of true needs and budgets.
No pressure. No aggressive ‘up-​selling’.
Worked with me via phone, e-​mail and in-​person, to find the perfect bike and seat. Tried a few of each.
They also answered all of my questions, as I had done a bit of research before going into the shop. I’m not an avid biker, and felt completely comfortable asking ‘basic’ questions.
HIGHLY recommend.
