Ice cream is very good but pricey. They have a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating.

The ice cream is good. Great variety of options. A bit overpriced, and the portions aren’t anything to get psyched over. The fudge is divine, you must try some when you go. Totally worth the money. I believe the Geneva location is the original Graham’s too, and the environment is great. One of the top spots to visit in Geneva.

I get that the chocolate quality is great, but the prices are outrageous! 2 pecan skailies(sp?) and a ½lb of rum cordials for $ 15. I feel like I left with barely anything for spending that much. Thankfully it was a one time treat and it’ll stay that way. Maybe their ice cream is a different story. I didn’t make it that far though.

This place is heaven! Just the smell of this place when you enter will make you feel sweeter than ever! From their ice cream to their chocolates you won’t go wrong! Love their dark chocolate pretzels, strawberry ice cream, giant pecan skalies, Mr. Graham Apple, and peanut butter cups. These are some of my favs!

Growing up in the area I’m slightly biased towards Graham’s, as I’ve been there most of my life. The ice cream and chocolates are good and they have some good options. For me the high review has a lot to do with the location and the experience. I love that you can watch them make the fudge in the front of the building and turn that into something you will eat. The area where you order is very small, but cute and cozy. My favorite part is in the warmer months they have a bunch of chairs out on the front lawn where you can sit and enjoy your treat with family and friends. You have to try this place.

Why is Unilocal!always asking me if a place accepts Apple Pay? What the fuck do I know about Apple Pay? Why not ask me if they accept barter, or promissory notes, or goddamn shiny colored beads for that matter? Anyway, I’m not that big on sweets, but this place has chocolate in every configuration, including license plates and energy chocolate beams channeled directly into your brain. The staff does a good job even though there are usually a million tourists standing in line. I got a chocolate malted there that put me into a diabetic coma. That’s worth four stars, I reckon. I have no idea if they take Apple Pay.

The chocolate here is amazing and the employees are always extremely helpful and kind. There’s a lot of fun little cheap candies that my daughters love but I love all their incredible handmade dark chocolate. The dark chocolate peanut butter cups are enormous and delicious!

Amazing chocolate! There’s not much room in the store, do be prepared to fight to get to see the products, but well worth the wait! Try the chocolate and caramel covered pretzels!

I wasn’t sure I was going to leave a review of a sad experience I had at Graham’s but I feel the need to. My father, his friend and I were at Graham’s and there was this very old lady that you could tell had either a disability or injury that made her walking a bit difficult. She ordered an ice cream cone at the counter. We have been to Graham’s many times and know the cost, she seemed a little surprised but paid for her cone and went to leave. Anyone who has been to Graham’s knows it’s a tight space. The women couldn’t walk that great, went for the door and dropped her cone. The looks on the employees face was not one of we will help you but pure annoyance. The women asked for some napkins and said she would clean it. The employee actually handed this poor women who couldn’t walk well napkins and watched her clean it. We were in disbelief. The women asked for another cone after she cleaned the one she had accidentally dropped and they charged her. My dad couldn’t take it anymore. My dad offered to pay for this old lady’s ice cream and she politely declined. He then said well let me help you to your car so it doesn’t fall again. When my father came back he told the employee I can’t believe you charged that old lady again when it was an accident because she can’t walk well. The employee responded by saying«it’s a business» my dad responded by saying with all the money this business makes you would think that you would have a little compassion for someone that accidentally dropped something they just paid for and probably couldn’t afford. At this point an older women came over who we believe was the manager and said«well did she ask for it for free?» My dad responded with«did she have to?» They also asked if we knew the women which we found strange. What difference would that have made? You can’t help someone out unless you know them? The owners were not present. I would hope they would not treat their customers this way however they train their staff and should teach them customer service. You don’t get annoyed when a older women who can’t walk well drops something. Shame on you Graham’s! I will not be returning. There are plenty of other ice cream shops around I don’t need to support a business that would treat a senior in such a way.

Graham’s chocolates was our favor for the guests at our September wedding and everyone went crazy for them! The two truffle box was the perfect after dinner treat and not one box was left behind. We also didn’t decide till the last minute for the flavors and they were super kind and understanding about it. I really recommend them for favors. They offer a huge selection and trust me everything is beyond good. They have tons of box and ribbon colors to pick from and they are awesome about making sure you get the best flavor combos. One of our favorite date nights is ice cream in Geneva. Try the maddies banana chip… its awesome!

The freshest ice cream you are going to find in Geneva or anywhere in this area. I have been to this shop at least four times and I am never disappointed. We came here during Easter and snagged a couple of their coconut and peanut butter filled eggs… OMG! Extremely rich and extremely good. I am already looking forward to next Easter. Although this place is usually very crowded, they maintain control buy asking you to pull a number. They use the same type of machines that are used in the deli area at the grocery store. Thank goodness for this, or there would definitely be some drama.

honestly, if you give a bad rating to a chocolate and ice cream shop, you were perhaps not loved as a child. this place is a jewel in Geneva… family owned… vintage and with tons of character… and yes the chocolates are amazing… the ice cream is delightful… get the caramel skalie. you will not regret it.

Honest review: this is a perfect family spot for the kids to run crazy and have fun theres so much chocolate and candy and ice cream everything is really top notch nothing crappy or fake stuff everthing made in house. They even have the round disc gormea chocolate to make chocolate straberries! I been looking for those discs forever the only reason why i gave it 4 is because theres nothing really different just normal chocolates and ice cream and its really expensive for a small ice cream and shake 10 dollars i guess ur paying for the high quality which is worth it

Stopped in after shopping and walking in downtown Geneva. There was a line out the door for ice cream but it was well worth the wait. It was a little expensive but very good quality ice cream and chocolates.

What is not to love? Local business, fabulous home made chocolate, great service, seasonal and holiday items. No one makes a better malt. This is always our first stop when in the area on business from California. Airport to Graham’s is the priority. Numerous times we have special ordered items for business meetings and events. Graham’s is a treat, and a gem.

Graham’s has been the area’s go to chocolatier since I was a kid. From ice cream to fudge to chocolate covered pretzels, whenever I’m in town(which is usually once per year) it’s on my list of places to stop by and it seems that there’s something new each time I come. The line can get long but definitely worth the wait. For me, the quality handcrafted treats that Graham’s makes tops mainstream places like Fannie May and Godiva.

I love this cute place! Fresh chocolates, ice creams, caramels, along with other confectioneries. Friendly service from the young employees. My first exposure to Graham’s was in middle school. My mum had taken me here for ice cream, and to this day, I still remember how creamy-dreamy-good the pumpkin ice cream was(I need to retry it to see how it holds up to my memory lol). Since then, I’ve been here a few times. I haven’t tried many of their chocolates, but the people I’ve gifted them to all loved them and remarked on the fine quality. I’ve tried their skalies, caramels, cherry pistachio nougat, oreo nougat, and caramel apple. SO good. I prefer this location over their Wheaton one, more cozy and better selection. Chocolates for all!
