First off it took forever for my husband and I to get our smoothies. People who came in well after us got theirs first and we didn’t order anything special. The high school employees working were too preoccupied chatting amongst themselves and taking way too long to close out a register. One also seemed quite distracted by his friends who were camped out in the business waiting for his shift to end. Customer service was way below par and essentially nonexistent.
In my opinion this location has regressed beyond belief since Matt Lang’s departure. I don’t know if it’s worth it to ever go back…

A pregnant woman almost fell coming in because mats were not placed on the floor (raining outside). When one mat was placed by the exit in the meantime, it was curled on one end and I almost fell leaving. I’m also not feeling well, which is why I stopped in to get some healthy food. I asked for a juice drink and got a smoothie. I don’t feel like going back in. The cashier seemed annoyed when I asked questions. $ 8 for aggrrivation. Sigh.

Tell me why they’re walking out at 7:45pm, locked their doors at 7:20 and told everyone that came to the door that «they’re out of EVERYTHING». Yet said they could make whatever we wanted when WE walked in just before 7. We were sitting outside enjoying our drinks… but I don’t appreciate the shadiness we witnessed outside and when people knocked on the locked doors– they were either ignored or lies to.

#JambaJuiceExtras — My daughter found several bits of rubber/plastic in her Jamba Juice smoothie. When I called, they said, «We don’t use any spatulas or any other rubber tools.» Thinking they might want to try to figure out what was getting ground into their smoothies, I put the chunks into an envelope and ran them over to the shop. The store manager, who had said they would «call it in» came out, took the rubber chunks — and threw them in the trash. Instead of saying, «We’ll take a look» or «We’ll try to figure out what happened,» she said, «I saw them. Do you want your free smoothie now?» Uh … No.
Ironically, I notice one of the other negative reviews mentions them running out of oranges. They were out of apple juice when we went and had added a mixed berry juice to the smoothie instead. My daughter didn’t care for the revised combo, or she probably would have consumed the smoothie faster – and choked on the rubber chunks.

I loooooove Jamba Juice, so I get it when I can! Came in on Easter and they were one of the few stores in the Geneva Commons that were open.
I ordered a medium Apples ‘n Greens and my boyfriend ordered a medium Greens ‘n Ginger and the total came out to a little over $ 12. Can you tell we love smoothies with greens in them?!
$ 12 was sooooo worth the yummy goodness!

I had stopping going years ago because I developed an allergy to milk late in life. Love that they finally have joined the rest of the world and realized that many people are allergic to milk and would love to get Soymilk smoothies here along with a boost of soy protein powder as well.
I ordered the banana berry protein powder smoothie made with Soymilk & Soy Protein Powder and told them I have a Dairy Allergy, which requires them to wash the container or use a clean one to prevent cross contamination. Not thrilled about how expensive it was even with a coupon, I am disappointed that in 3 visits they were out of Kale each time. I am happy that they have a rewards program and I have received so many coupons for BOGO’s and discounts. I would like them to expand the dairy free options with some Soy yogurt, coconut yogurt & coconut milk smoothie options.

One of the best jamba juice, my friend Bri & I are huge fans of their wheat grass detox & would stop by @ least twice a week for a shot, the staff here is awesome they usually give us a more than a shot not sure if it’s because we are regulars!

Hands down, this is my favorite place around my location. The workers always have friendly smiles and upbeat personalities every time I go in, which is quite a lot! I have yet to get a smoothie form here that I didn’t like or that wash’t as good as the last one. Theses people are extremely consistent with what they do. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting a cool, refreshing, delicious smoothie made from real fruits, juices, yogurt, and sorbet.
Being 100% honest, there is a Jamba Juice closer to where I live (the one near the Fox Vally mall) but I’d MUCH rather go to this location. There IS a difference between the two…

The manager is an invalid. She has a HORRIBLE attitude and treated me like crap and also treated her employees like crap in front of everyone.
I like Jamba Juice, but the employees (specifically the older female manager) are so bad I would rather get a drink at Barnes or Starbucks.

Drinking one of their new refreshers right now. Strawberry lemonade refresher is amazing and made with coconut water, mmm mmm good! Love the staff, a couple weeks ago we got free cans of the JJ energy drinks (gross but a nice gesture), and I love when they make drinks specially either by their own suggestion (strawberry surf rider w raspberries instead of peaches) or my request, such as the now retired Orange Energizer.

Located in the Geneva Commons strip mall, this location is a popular Geneva teen hangout. Every time I come here, the workers look like they’re enjoying themselves, and they’re more than happy to dole out the free samples (of smoothies and oatmeal).
The steel-cut oats are a mixed bag: at $ 3 for a large cup, they certainly make for a filling breakfast, but I always get large chunks of dried brown sugar that don’t break down. This results in small explosions of sugar that I’d rather blended in with the oatmeal.
While I’ve yet to order from the «Secret Smoothie Book» placed off to the side, it’s impressive to see how far Jamba Juice is willing to go to keep loyal customers who are used to ordering something off-menu.
