Always happy and more than satisfied when shopping at Learning Express! My daughter received a lighted bookmark timer, and the light stopped working after 2 short months. Replaced the batteries to no avail. Took the bookmark in and the owner was happy to exchange it for us, no receipt, no questions asked. The staff is always helpful in recommending the«hottest» toys and or craft kits. Super friendly. I love that Learning Express wraps and personalizes. Thankful for coupons that come in the mail also! I will be there shopping for Christmas, very soon. Please don’t ever leave Geneva Learning Express!

I bought a toy at the Geneva, IL store number 756. My daughter was extremely excited to play with it. We got home I opened the toy and it did not work. Somewhere along the line, the receipt was lost. I tried to return the toy, and the store would not return my money. They insisted that it was«store policy», to issue a store credit without a receipt. This is very upsetting because the toy was BROKEN. It was low quality and defective. I will be sure to share with many other people my thoughts on the customer service and quality of items carried by Learning Express. I am very unhappy that you do not give refunds for defective merchandise. This is a terrible store policy and the customer service was non existent. I will never shop here again.
