foods always fresh. on tuesdays the kids meal is $ 1.99 from 4pm to 8pm. i stopped to get a kids meal for my granddaughter not realizing it was only 330. i told the guy at drive thru i was sorry but i thought it was 4pm and could not come back but i had wanted the $ 1.99 kids mel… manager came right over and adjusted the price… always friendly service. always good customer service…

My visit started with Darius, who thinks everything is funny. Instead of providing the service he is being paid to (put food in bag, give bag to customer), Darius makes a point of mocking and making fun of customers. Naturally, I demanded to talk to the manager. Josh was given to me and introduced himself as the assistant manager, yet his response to every complaint was «that’s a corporate problem.» Couldn’t get a single stitch of professionalism from anyone at the restaurant. ALL I WANTED WAS CHICKEN NUGGETS. After 20 minutes of unnecessary drama, I finally got the nuggets. DO NOT GO HERE.

God awful service. Waited inside in line for 15 mins with 2 sets of people in front of me. The lady didn’t know how to do her job obviously. I had to have her repeat the order because she kept ignoring me for other things. I wanted hot fresh food for my hard earned money. Yet unlike the simple request of hot food they couldn’t do that. Food was cold. So I promise I will never waste money here again. It seems every fast food place in geneva is run by people that can’t get it together.
