My many visits to Corner Grill has often been mixed, sometimes I would get wonderful food cooked just right, other times I have had food that was not right at all. Here is a list of some experiences I had there.
Corner Grill has a HUGE selection of menu options it is often surprising what you haven’t tried yet, each option is unique and wonderful. (I would highly recommend the Zeus Burger)
The food portions are often huge which is good and bad at the same time, it’s great when you are hungry but not so good if you are not a leftovers fan.
Service is totally Great!, the waitresses/​cashiers always bringing your food out, the outer area is nice and clean.
Now here are some of the Cons
Hot Dogs and Pizzas are kinda a hit or a miss, I ordered several Chicago dogs last year and at least 3 were cold! It made me really worried if the hot dog was cooked properly. (Got food poisoning from two of them)
The pizza is the same thing, one night the pizza would be wonderful! The next I would have to mop up all of the grease off the pizza. Also hearing the Health inspectors grade does not help either.
Overall it’s a great place to get food or bring the family.

I was passing through this small little town on April 6^th, when I stopped for a bite to eat. I ordered the blue cheese burger medium rare it was rather large, in fact it was so larger I had to cut it with a knife, not just any knife but a plastic one at that. It was so soft and tender it was like cutting through a giant stick of butter. I also had some soup my meal was to come with fries, however I never ordered any I’m glad I didn’t as for only taking a few bites of my soup and only earring half of my burger I was so full I had to take the rest of it with me. Great portions of food two could split this meal. I would definitely eat here again.

I had the blue cheese burger and asked for it medium rare. I wasn’t prepared for the size, it was enormous. It really was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I cut mine into fourths with a plastic knife and the knife went right through the burger and bun with no problem, it was that good. The soup was outstanding. The place got really busy at noon, but nothing slowed down.

Great food, friendly service. Fun atmosphere. Hidden gem! We will be back! The chicken sandwiches filled the whole plate! Extremely pleased with the value.

This is my favorite place for delicious «fast» food. So awesome that they were able to expand their seating area as well.
The chop salad and Mac & cheese bites are my favorite.

The food is great, and the price for all you get is great! Definitely worth the 30 min drive! The staff was nice the place was clean. We did carry out next time we will do dine in.

Very good food and atmosphere. This would be my first pick in this small town. Nice kid friendly place. Not too pricey. Clean bathrooms. Staff is a bunch of cute girls who are friendly and professional. They have a selection to suite pretty much anyone.

Wonderful staff. Plenty of seating in an aptly decorated (for a diner/​grill) space. Great value, huge portions. One basket of fries could feed 3 hungry people. Order at the counter and they bring out your baskets. Help yourself to fountain drinks. I liked that I get a choice of bread for my sandwich — I had the chicken cordon bleu on pita — nicely grilled chicken strips. I would definitely stop again if in the area!

The Chipotle Burger was fantastic. It was a huge burger, I couldn’t even finish it!!!

Five Fat Stars!
Previously ordered the Reuben sandwich and was in heaven. Then my hubby had the Rueben a few days ago and loved it.
I ordered the Black and Blue burger and can honestly say it’s one of the best burgers I have had. The kids split a cheese pizza and we’re thrilled. So far I haven’t had anything that I didn’t like, but so far the B&B burger and the Rueben are my favorites!

Very good, family friendly, great employees and good. Should be very ones first place they want to eat when in town. Big portion of fries for every order. I had the buffalo chicken wrap, my girlfriend has a cheese dog, my friend had a meatball sandwich. They were all fantastic meals!

Super nice people and great food. Consistent in quality and service. Worth going out of your way to try!

I honestly did not expect much from Genoa. At first glance, the town seems quite lackluster. I was pleasantly surprised by Corner Grill.
I came with a group of 5 other people. Service was fast and friendly! You order up front, get your number and put it on a clip at your table for your food to be delivered to ya.
My entire group ordered kids meals; I just thought it was because they weren’t hungry. What they neglected to tell me was that their portions are ENORMOUS! I mean, a kids meal is a like small adult meal. (I wouldn’t have trusted them even if they told me the portions are big… but trust me, they’re big). I ordered a western burger (10 oz. burger with onion straws, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, chipotle aioli). It was around $ 8-​$ 9 and came with fries. Now let me tell you – their platters are at least over 14″ in diameter. It’s ridiculous! People are right. American portions are huge – but I’m not complaining!!!
We went around lunch time and it was quite busy. I also enjoyed how tidy their bathroom was. It was a private bathroom with a full-​length mirror. Like… what a treat!
I’ll definitely be back! With more people! Such a great experience (:

Great food, HUGE portions and fabulously decent prices. I would highly recommend this place EVERYTHING I’ve had here so far has been fantastic. Large hamburgers, Italian combos made the correct way, hotdogs Chicago style. This place has got it right. Four out of five because tons of tv’s and NOT one had on the Stanley Cup Defending Champions Chicago Blackhawks during a game.

Burgers and fries to die for! HUGE portions, friendly staff, awesome environment, good prices.

Huge portions, amazing prices, and great food! We split a burger and fries and it was just perfect! The staff was very nice and the place was very clean and friendly.

THE FOOD TASTED AMAZING! I had a gyro and it was huge! I could only eat half! And the fries that come with it are a huge amount as well! We also ordered the Italian beef and that was just as big! Husband loved it! OVERALL EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING! Very Pleased. TRY IT!

Nice outdoor eating area. Burgers are huge and so good. Can’t go wrong here.

Always great food and service. I have never gotten something there that I did not like.
The portions are huge and my husband and I can usually split a meal and still be stuffed.
Their ranch dressing is something you have to try. I could drink it, it’s that good.
They have daily specials which are always good too.
My favorites are the California Steak Wrap, Tuna Wrap and the Cheezy Beef.
Would definetely recommend stopping in if you’re out in the Genoa area.
