McDonald’s

Such rude people work there! I called to speak to the supervisor and I was told «I won’t tell you any information about when he will be here, you don’t need to know anything about him» and I asked how can I get ahold of him? She said «you can’t speak to him goodbye» Her name was Maria. Such a rude person. I can’t believe how crappy this place has turned over the last few years. ITS THE MANAGERS.

I swear this place has one brain and they all share it. Sadly someone keeps taking it home. I always order without cheese when I go to McDonald’s (hate their cheese) got a big mac the other day box said no cheese top patty had no cheese bottom patty… surprise, surprise, cheese!!! they can NEVER seem to get an order correct. GUESS WHAT??? I’M NOT LOVIN IT!

Hate giving one star reviews, but…
Stopped by and ordered a sandwich only, double quarter pounder plain. When I got to the window and paid, I looked at the receipt and it said double quarter pounder with cheese plain. I spent 2 to 3 minutes (4 or 5 cars behind me) trying to get the girls attention, beeping, knocking, etc however she was too busy texting on her iPhone.
When she finally glanced over and open the window I told her this was wrong, I had ordered a double quarter pounder plain. She said that is what I paid for. I stated no, the receipt was for one with cheese. She said that they could not make sandwiches without including cheese. I mentioned she was incorrect, she held to her position and I asked for a refund.
She disappeared and went and got a manager who came back, did something at the register, handed her the money and walked away. The girl gave me my money and I left.
It bothered me the manager was not interested so I called the store and asked to talk with the manager. The person on the phone said it was them. I told the story and when I was ll done, she said she would pass it to the manager. What? Who are you? She said she was just a «lead». I said do not bother, corporate will fill the manager in.
It would have died had it not been for that exchange. The customer support line was fast and friendly. Took the information and said they would pass it to the manager. This morning I got a message from an Eduardo, apologizing and offered for me to call him as he was a «Lead». Are you kidding me? The manager could not take the time to call? I am not saying I will no go to McDonalds, but it will not be this one.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to.

The worst McDonalds ever. Although they just remodeled the whole inside and the ladies who clean the tables are very nice. thats where the good stops.
Every employee there knows less than minimum english. When trying to order food either inside or the drive thru this makes it extremely frustratiing having to repeat and ask them to repeat several times.
More times than not if I have gotten my order in the drive thru once I get it home I see that things are missing or wrong.
Steer clear of this McDonalds.
