Rodney Nelson is the one man operation that is 1st Choice Inspection Services. He has performed two full home inspections for me. He is very thorough and provides his professional opinion about all the repairs that you should be considering… and he’s a super nice guy who will laugh at all your jokes!
He’s a little bit pricier and you typically need to book in advance to get him, but he’s well worth it. The Pest Inspector he uses does a good job inspecting and a bad job treating.
