Sadly, I had to give 2 stars, I’m glad they had the part I needed but it was 100.00 vs. me ordering it on amazon for 35.00 with free shipping. I felt totally ripped off, but I paid the fee for the plastic skimmer. I don’t mind paying a little extra at a brick & mortar store but this was kind of along the lines of price gouging in my opinion. Just a heads up, check prices with other competitors before you go purchase, just in case. I’m all about supporting local businesses but not like this. They also do not accept American Express, so be prepared for a back-​up if this is your go to card!

I’m a big fan of these guys– I know they have a few stores, this is for the one in Burnett– they are very knowledgeable about hot tubs and pools– and taking care of water! Every person in the store was really nice and helpful– thanks all!
