Absolute Garage Doors

Came home from work today and our garage door wouldn’t open– we called Absolute around 2:00 and they were here by 3:15, and had our garage door spring fixed by 3:40! Great customer service and good cost– less than $ 200.00 all included.

I have used Absolute twice: once for a repair on a rental property and once to replace the door on my own home. I found them to be professional and conscientious. They were honest about pricing up front and we’re not trying to gouge. I’m glad Georgetown has a great local business like Absolute!

I got a new garage door installed by Absolute Garage Doors two weeks ago and I am very happy. We had just moved into this house when the garage door broke– the hinge ripped out of the thin sheet metal. I called the home warranty company and they sent out Absolute Garage Doors to have a look. It turned out the problem wasn’t covered by the warranty, but AGD was very helpful in pointing out that we really did need a whole new door. There were lots of issues that my inspector hadn’t caught and the garage door opener was on it’s last leg anyway. They offered me a reasonable price to replace the whole thing with a better door, new rails, new wheels and a new spring. They also installed a new garage door opener that I bought and had waiting here on the day of the door installation. I spoke with the lady at the office several times and she was very helpful. Our new door looks wonderful and operates beautifully. I’m very happy with the product and service from Absolute Garage Doors. I recommend them!

My garage door spring broke New Year’s Eve, and I called another local repair service later the next day, (¹⁄₁). After getting no response to that call, or another placed today (¹⁄₃), I called Absolute, and they were out 90 minutes later, with the spring taking about 20 minutes to fix. Great service!
