The key factor that pushes this rating to 5 stars is the bartender, Jeff. You’d be hard pressed to find someone as friendly & attentive as him. We weren’t yet«regulars» & our visits are still prob only once a month that we make it out there… but he makes a point to remember our drink preferences & make suggestions on items we might like. He always makes sure you have a full glass. The food is very good as well. We even got them to do a morphed — version of the death fries & hot tots… which were dubbed«cluster tots». Nom nom.

I had the turkey and coleslaw with thousand island on wheat and it was a fine sandwich. The wife got a good looking turkey club on a roll. I tried some of my wife’s bacon but it was kind of bland and rubbery. We got a cheese fry to split and their were no spices on the limp fries. Could have improved if they were cooked in hotter oil with some seasoning or even hand cut wedges. As it was the grease from the cheese just made them sad. A bit pricey; $ 10-$ 11 for a sandwich and bagged Herr’s chips. Fries are extra. Not comparable in price of other fine sandwich restaurants in Georgetown. But they seem to be catering to the country club crowd which allows them to keep the prices up. The atmosphere is excellent. Great scenery of the airport and they’ve done well with furnishing a space that could have otherwise looked like a bland airport cafeteria. A good experience but there are reasons why I’m not a regular.

Flew in here for the Sunday breakfast buffet and I’ve had none better! The full menu was hot and fresh. We regularly visit airport eateries for breakfast and this place is top notch!
