Melanie is hands down one of the best trainers in the greater Austin area. In 7 weeks she helped me go from 10% body fat to 4.5% Body fat and stage ready at the Texas State natural show in 2012. This was my first show and I placed in the in the top ten. She is very knowledgeable about the human body and understands what you need to get in the best shape of you life.
