Our server was having to run around the restaurant and we were told they only had 1 cook working on Sunday so our food was taking a long time. They were obviously understaffed so I can’t blame our server. She was doing the best she could. We had no napkins or silverware so I eventually took some from another table. Many of the tables around us were dirty and some had dishes sitting on them the entire time we were there. The queso and salsas were good but my shrimp fajitas were not worth $ 13. I liked the rice and beans that came with them but the shrimp were really small and not really seasoned much. They were sitting on a pile of white onions that had not been grilled enough and there was just a shred of bell pepper here and there. This place is not worth the price. For casual Mexican food I’ll just go to Taco C next time.

Food is good, not great. Had steak fajitas. The flavor on the meat was the best part of the meal. Skip the queso. I’ve had better at my sons little league baseball game concession stand. Drink menu needs to be updated. All things considered, I would come back for the fajitas and for the margarita that WASNT on the menu-we made it up.

Enjoyed coming in. Food is good as always and the service my family received was outstanding. I believe our waiter was David and he was fantastic. Yes, I will be coming back.

I’m a big fan of the Casa Olé restaurants. Except this location. This is the second time we’ve tried it. The first time we got up and left because the services was so bad and it took forever to get our food. We are about at that point as I sit writing this. The food finally has arrived, it only took 45 minutes. Avoid this place at all costs! The wait staff is surly and did not offer more chips and salsa during the interminable wait for our food. Half the food was cold when it did arrive and most of it was prepared wrong — and they got my granddaughters order completely wrong. This place is terrible. Go somewhere, anywhere, else!

Went specifically to this restaurant because my daughter loves their queso and she was visiting. We got to their restaurant at 12:45pm and they were out of queso and we were told it would be 30 minutes until it was ready. Really? How does this happen? Poor planning by management.

Restaurant was clean and the Service was ok. However, the food was bland and dried out. If I ever want mexican food again unfortunately casa olé will not be my choice. Fresh ingredients need to be a staple but are lacking.

The only reason why I gave three stars was because the waitress or a server was really great. Other than that the food was not good at all it wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t great.

Living proof that Texans have no clue about Mexican food. … Tex-Mex crap at its absolute worst. … I’m not speaking of just this franchise… I’m speaking of the entire chain. … Texans should stick to steaks and BBQ … leave the Mexican food to the Mexicans. … They know what they’re doing. …

The waiter was a super nice guy. That is the one star. The fajitas arrived Luke warm and sides were mediocre at best. Seemed to be extremly understaffed — 8 uncleaned tables. Won’t make this mistake again.

We went to this restaurant today, waited 15 minutes and was taken to our seats… we had ask for a booth, and when we arrived in our seating, we were told there were no booths and she took us to a table. There was also at least two empty booths This is not the first time that we have had bad service at this restaurant and will not go back. We’re not trying to be bad customers, you’re just wasting your money to go here because their quality has always been inconsistent, they are always apologizing for their mistakes, and to be quite honest compared to the other restaurants in Georgetown or Lupe tortillas in Cedar Park, this restaurant doesn’t deserve any greater of a number greater than one and that’s for food quality and service on a scale of 1 to 10.

Food was good as expected but the service sucked! Waiter was hard to understand, dropped the food off and walked away without saying anything. They could use more wait staff or better customer service training.

Service was great… Food well Green sauce was the best thing we had enchiladas beans and rice over took the plate. I remember this place as a kid in Victoria and I loved it. I guess beer and green sauce would be good. My daughter and I both felt bad about 30 minutes after leaving.

Service wasn’t bad. But, the food could use a lot of work. Enchilada’s aren’t supposed to have processed cheese sauce as filing. A tostada and a chalupa are NOT the same thing… btw. However, if you ask the wait staff and shift manager– they are. The Flautas were not bad, but the green sauce is not traditional green sauce… it’s a cilantro something that didn’t taste bad– but wasn’t what we expected. Pretty sure we won’t return even though we didn’t have bad service, the food wasn’t worth a second try.

Definitely won’t come back. The food was ok at best, but the service was terrible. Our waitress left our empty beer bottles and used plates on the table, despite her multiple visits to our table. When our sopapillas came, she brought them in a serving bowl, but didn’t bring us clean plates or silverware to eat them with. We sat there looking at them for several minutes until we could catch her again to bring us plates and silverware. For our group of 3, this was a $ 50 experiment not worth repeating.

I like going to Casa Olé. Their Beef fajitas are my favorite. Recently, you have to ask for their green sauce for the chips by request. Which is my favorite sauce. A family friendly place, though it’s really the luck of the draw whether or not you get an attentive waiter/waitress who remembers to refill your drink or brings you something else you asked for after you meal is served.(Extra ketchup, cheese etc) Other than that, I would say I love the food here. And my kids love it as well. Especially the queso. Delicious!

I came here for lunch after church yesterday. Its funny bc I think there are a lot of regulars that like the food here… I will not become one of those regulars. We came in and were seated very quickly — that’s the one star. FOOD: eh. It had no flavor. I really wanted to like this place. I had been here once before about 3 years ago and decided to give it another try. I ordered the Cozumel: a chicken enchilada: no flavor. needed salt, needed spice. beans: eh. needed spice/salt flavoring. flat chalupa: just a flat taco — it had beans rice tomato and lettuce. eh. ah but the«taco with chile con queso — it was literally a tostada with a painted on layer of liquid queso dip.(no meat on it.) oddly this looked the most unappealing but actually had flavor. The description had me thinking it was something I could dip chips into. not so but it had good flavor. STar of he show? rice, only thing that even resembled homemade and had good flavor and didnt need salt or seasoning! Service: this girl needs to look into working at roger beasley or Nyle maxwell bc she was a salesman if I ever met one. She tried getting us to order soda, coffee, tea? no, water will be fine — Im getting married in a few weeks must stay hydrated. after ordering food: Waitress: do you want to order any extra sour cream or guacamole or queso or anything else? no just our plates thanks. after asking for check: are you sure you dont want dessert: no thanks its 11 am. but thank you. she wasnt rude or anything but just REALLY wanted to upsell us to order more and more. its lunch girl. take it easy. lol As it was this was my meal for the day as eventhough it lacked flavor it was a very heavy meal. lots o carbs! In short, there are far too many places I can get authentic tasting food nearby — Cant say Ill be rushing back… Honestly I wish I had finally tried Dos Salsas.

This was our(Robert and I) first time eating here and probably our last time. The«Now Hiring» sign should have been our sign that this experience wasn’t going to be a good one. We walk into the establishment and are greeted. Great. Then we are seated at a table that needed a little more cleaning. Our server was nice, but bless her heart, I don’t know if she were new or just overwhelmed because they were under staffed. I asked a few questions, then said, this is our first time here. She then says, «Well, welcome to Casa Olé». Now I’m thinking, isn’t that something you would say to all the customers? Anyhoo… She then tells us the manager will come over and comp something for you. Ok, Robert and I are looking at each other like great. We then asked for an appetizer(which we never got, because our server forgot). OMG, it took soooooo long to get our food. I understand it wasn’t the servers fault, but it was a long wait. The food was ok. I had a burrito and Robert had the fajitas. The manager never came over(per what our server said), the manager only gave us free sopapillas. Thanks, not what we wanted, would’ve been nice to actually have the manager come over. Needless to say, I will not be visiting Casa Olé in Georgetown, TX again.

A let-down if ever was one. I’d seen this place in the strip shopping center many times, and never really had an interest to try it. Finally, Amber S took me there, proclaiming it was pretty good food. Not being all that hungry, I thought a beer and a cup of tortilla soup would be nice during Freezing Arctic Blast. As I entered the place, I was surprised at how cool it was– great looking bar, a nice environment, clean-looking. I began to think perhaps I’d not given this cool little place enough regard. Our waiter was nice, and brought me a cold Corona and chips. I thought I was about to be pleasantly surprised. It was when the food arrived, did the whole thing change. My tortilla soup was lukewarm and flavorless. Amber’s tostada was kind of meh. Her main course, the enchiladas, were completely unimpressive. It was Taco Bell food, at bistro prices. The saving grace was the beer and tequila. My brother J met us for a round of Herraduras and Coronas for his birthday, and bumped the experience up from a deuce to a three. So, tres estrella para ti, Casa Olé.
