DBC Fence Company

Failed to show for an estimate. Failed to call also.

A friend of mine gave me this company’s name. Spoke with Rachel who seemed semi– professional on the phone. She scheduled her husband to come at 10:00 on a Friday. At 10:45 I called to see if they were coming because I needed to leave my house. She said her husband told her he was headed our way, but it was too far to go. She thought he had called me. Very strange.

We had a new garage built and left the small area between the house and garage open thinking it was too narrow for our neighborhood deer to want to walk through. When it turned out we were wrong, we called DBC. We simply wanted them to install an existing wooden gate we had taken down in building the garage, though we were thinking maybe we’d want iron to allow the breeze to come through and still allow us to see out.
When Stephen Jr and Sr showed up, the first thing they said was that this called for an iron gate. They went out of their way to find an iron gate that would work, welded it together, painted it, and still charged me the original quote for installing the wood gate.
The company is Stephen Jr’s with dad helping. They explained that dad had his own business for 30 years and the son would help out. From what I can tell, Stephen Jr is doing just fine!

Friendly, professional, and honest. I can’t say enough how impressed we were with DBC Fence. They built us a top quality fence, showed up on time, finished on time, and stayed on budget. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly, and made it a point to offer great suggestions to make it look even better.
