Our heater stopped running unexpectedly and we reached out to Tim at Express HVAC service. He promptly had Jennifer his office manager call us to setup a visit and she was great in answering all of our questions. They gave us a two hour window for Omar their technician to come.
Omar called 30 minutes before coming out. Once there, he did a through inspection of our heater, found the problem (a new thermostat) and explained everything in detail. We appreciated Tim, Jennifer and Omar for working to get our problem solved as soon as possible.

Suddenly finding I had no other choice this time, a very old worn out ac, I studied Unilocal reviews and selected three to get quotes from. All very honest previously used companies. I was not sure even how I would finance it as I am still trying to pay off my current debts. Express HVAC seemed to be sent by my angel, as Tim provided me with a fantastic price for a better system, plus financing at zero percent interest! They installed today, every step highly professional, kind, nothing shoddy about materials or labor. Top of the line American Standard. This is a company you can trust «cradle to grave». Bless you Tim!

In the spring of 2014 our HVAC system was coming up on its 18th birthday and I felt it may not make it to number 19. It seemed like a good idea to replace it before before the hot summer days arrived. Several service companies had worked on the system, over the years, but we were most impressed with Tim at Express HVAC Service. He gave us a bid that included several upgrades I specifically wanted. The price was fair and included 0% financing.
It’s been a year and we are very happy with the equipment, the service and Tim’s company. Everyone has been great to deal with. They are highly recommended.
