Dreadfully unprofessional.
Office staff is rude, incompetent and quite frankly, a bunch of bitchy, know-​it-​all a-​holes.
Saw Dr. Montiville for three years and not once has the office ever mailed or reported to me the results of the annual pap exams, even after repeated requests for copies of the results.
When attempting to make an appointment each time over the past three years, the yahoos in the front office repeat parrot-​like that your annual exam has to be 366 days from your last exam or insurance won’t pay for it. WTF makes them think all health insurance plans operate that way? Despite giving them a written copy of my insurance plan showing that I may schedule an exam at any time during a calendar year, they refused to listen or let me schedule an appointment when it fit my schedule.
The last straw was my annual exam last year. The nurse apparently left a funny note at the foot of the exam table, so when Dr. Montiville lifted the sheet to start my exam, she and the nurse both burst out laughing. Not a good feeling, two supposed medical professionals giggling like idiots while you are lying helpless, naked and paranoid on an exam table with both feet up in stirrups.
Stay away from these people.

I am so thankful I found Dr. Vincent Sherman. I went without seeing a doctor for over 5 years due to fear and he has completely restored my faith in doctors. His entire staff is super nice and he has to be the most patient doctor around. He takes time to listen and always try to address any concerns. I am so glad I found this office!!!

Most incompetent clinic I have ever been in contact with. I regret ever taking my wife here, but happy we switched clinics immediately. They lost her results, they lied about it (they said she never did it, but I was sitting right there when as well) and were unwilling to forward information to our new clinic. Save yourself from the aggravation and go to a better clinic that cares!

Very nice, clean facility. Staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Montville is awesome! Her bedside manor is amazing, very kind and there for questions/​concerns you may have.

Dr. John Sherman, Dr. Vince Sherman, Dr. Kelly Montville and the whole office are fantastic. Not only did Dr. Sherman deliver all three of my kids, he also saved my wife’s life when she had an egg-​topic pregnancy burst.
They are great care givers. They truly care about their patients. This is the best office for your family.

Dr. Montiville is the best OBGYN I’ve ever had. My entire child bearing experience has been a breeze. ALl office staff are great and very easy to communicate with. I would hihgly recommend Georgetown OBGYN to anyone, especially Dr. Montiville!

I have been a patient of Dr. Vince Sherman since 1997 when I moved to Georgetown. He delivered all 3 of my children and truly loves what he does. Every delivery was like Christmas for him; I think he gets just as excited as the parents. Over the years he has been both an excellent doctor and a great friend. He and his nurse make a great team and every appointment is friendly, comfortable and professional. Even though I’ve moved, I will still make the drive. Thank you, Dr. Sherman!
