Wish I could give this place zero stars. Listen to the other reviewers, this place is shady! No call back after multiple tries. It’s like they hate to work! No sense in taking your business here.

Update: Default judgement. I am still waiting for repairs after two months. They have been saying my mower was«stolen» and their insurance would contact me. When I called today they«had no idea what was going on». I suppose the next step is a lawyer or filing a suit in the justice court. I don’t know how to rate someone that has not done anything. Update: Default judgement dated November 26, 2014, Cause number 3SC-14−0189, Justice court Pct. 3, Williamson county, for $ 1,500 plus $ 181 court costs with 5% interest until paid. Somehow I gave them a star. It should be a black star. Stay away from this place.

One of the WORST companies ever to repair your riding lawn mower. They were listed as an authorized repair service for my Cub Cadet. I called them and they quoted me $ 75 to pick up the riding mower to take to their shop, and they said it would take 2 weeks to fix. It has been OVER a month and I am still fighting with them. They refuse to call you, you have to continually call them. They will lie to you about when it will be fixed. They will park it in their shop and never look at it. Save your self a ton of grief and find someone else to repair your equipment. I m rating it as 1 because I can t give it a rating of zero. Beware, and stay away from these lying, rude people.

these guys held my chainsaw hostage for a month. No phone call. When I called about a week after the drop off the guy on the other end of the phone was grumpy and acted like I was nervy to ask because they were 10 days backed up for chainsaws. In all fairness I got a nervous feeling when I dropped it off with all of the customer unfriendly signs by the counter. ie–«we don’t take apart things for free» and«if you decide you don’t want to fix it we won’t put it back together» sign. So after calling these people several times(they always said that they would call me when they looked at it– they never did) i finally called the other day. They told me it was ready. When I was about to leave to go get it, they called(first time) and told me that they just realized that something major was wrong with it and it would cost me $ 266 bucks to fix it. I said no and came in and paid the ransom of $ 35 to let them hold it for a month. True to their word, I got it back in pieces. Do yourself a favor and go to somebody that doesn’t look at the customer as the enemy.
