Nathan from Hill Country Rainmakers was out tonight and serviced our irrigation system. He did a nice job, explained several things to us (like how the master valve works), and replaced a few of the rotator heads which were not functioning correctly. Very reasonable for the service. He knew his product well. It was a non-​emergency, but he was still able to come out within 2 days. We are thrilled and look forward to using him and recommending him to the neighbors.

One of my 27 year old sprinkler lines broke, because of a tree root, and two old sprinkler heads were no longer working efficiently. Nathan at Hill Country Rainmakers sent out two of his guys the same day I called. They knew exactly what they were doing. They fixed the problems quickly, tested the repairs, and gave me a reasonable invoice for the work. I will definitely call them again next time I need the sprinklers repaired.

Spoke to Nathan this morning. He sent a crew out same day, and they were efficient, and the rates were reasonable! Our sprinkler system is somewhat complicated due to being a drip irrigation, but Dave and his partner got the job done in a fair amount of time to keep my labor costs down.
I appreciate the prompt and professional service, and will call Hill Country Rain Makers again! Thank you!

NO way would I recommend this company to anyone. We had multiple plants die and the customer service to address this was terrible. We couldn’t get a call back and were blown off for 4 months just to hear that they will not replace any of the plants that died. Another issue is they do not use any weed preventative techniques and our flower bed has more weeds than plants.

Brian and his team did an outstanding job putting our backyard back together after a pool install. They were on-​time, clean and extremely respectful & best of all our backyard looks amazing! Thank you!
