Hobby lobby really confuses me. They are a business who has been very vocal about their Christian beliefs, but the only thing that truly attests to that is their religious home décor scattered throughout the store. I come to this hobby lobby often, at least a couple times a month, but only once have I encountered a nice employee there, and it was a man who usually works in the back. It’s usually the same girl working the register every time I’m there and she isn’t the most pleasant person, and it takes them forever to check everyone out since they only have one register open. All of these things aside, I can’t fathom why a religious craft store would find it necessary to have a piece of décor using the term brain damage as an insult. I will happily take my business to Michaels, where the employees are nice and the CEO won’t shove his religious beliefs(which I’m guessing are total bullshit anyway) on his employees. Good riddance

We got framing done here by a wonderful lady named Beverly. She knew exactly what we were looking for and created a piece that fit perfectly in our office! All we gave her is a few details of the décor and it turned out amazing. She is so sweet, we’ll definitely be going back soon to frame things we’ve been putting off just because of her!

Hobby Lobby has just about anything you would need for arts & crafts. It can be a little difficult to navigate the huge store to find what you are looking for — and staff is always in short supply — but they do have a wide selection of ready made crafts for décor. I like how they display finished projects at the beginning and end of the components aisles for each craft. Prices are higher than some other craft stores, but they have more finished crafts to purchase.

A craft store with many crafts which could be had cheaper everywhere. Would you like a jar with your chalkboard paint on it? Enjoy your 400% mark-up. This is the mecca of pasty white suburban homemakers whose perms scrambled their brains and now they think they need to decorate everything with plastic flowers and go on endlessly about bible study. Crosses crawling out the earholes and ass in this place. Especially at this one because it’s tinier. You can’t shake a stick in this place without hitting a cross. Go ahead and try it. Do it. Do it. It would be nice if they could respect the gay folks since Jesus also never atoned for slavery and the same Old Testament passage which forbids homosexuality also forbids wearing pants but then again that would require some emotional/psychological rewiring on a seriously massive scale. And does any of that really have to do with the quality of this particular location’s paint brush selection? Absolutely. Read a book once in a while. We used to go here but shop at non-franchised locals now because as Atheists, proselytizing Christian businesses are against our deeply held religious beliefs.

This hobby lobby has a great selection for a smaller store. Staff is very kind and respectful. I visit this store weekly and always leave with great finds. I’ve had several instances when I was looking for something special and the staff went over and beyond to help me find it. I am very pleased with this store and the staff.

Pretty much like all of the other ones that I have been too. I love this store. They have a better selection than Michael’s and a wonderful selection of seasonal decorations. I have to try not to buy a million things each time I go lol. I love the fact the fact that they carry religious items as well, because those are often hard to find. It is well known that the owner is Religious and kind of «old school» so it should come as no surprise that they don’t carry certain items. Much like any other establishment, I feel like if you have a problem with what a company does, sells, or stands for overall then you probably just shouldn’t be a patron there. The bottom line is the staff is friendly, the store is clean, and they have a large selection of craft items, frames, season decorations and home décor items.

Meh, pretty much describes it. I’ll go, on occasion, but rarely am I impressed. Selection on art supplies is ok, but quantity is severely lacking. For example, went once looking a specific item, and yes they had it… but only 2. No substituents or similar products, just the 2. Many products are very cheaply made. MOST are from China, but priced as if they were made in the US. Never understood the need to have all the home décor and furniture items. They are way over priced and as mentioned before, cheaply made. You can find similar home décor items at Kirklands, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Kohls for much much less. They are also always understaffed. Usually only one cashier at the registers.
