I purchased a keyless entry unit in August. I was very busy and didn’t get to program it for a week or two. The programming failed. This was the 2nd unit I purchased from this company in about 3 years. This unit looked different and the programming instructions were for a different model car. Not knowing if that had anything to do with the programming failure, I contacted the company. They gave me some suggestions of what to do, which I followed. I did get the unit to work once right after programming, and another random time a different day. I contacted them yesterday about this. Their 30-day refund had expired, which I understand. What I don’t understand is them telling me it doesn’t sound like it is a defective device! It’s not working, I’ve followed your instructions word for word, and it’s not defective? They did offer an exchange, but said«at this point the situation does not seem to point in the „bad remote“ direction». What is it then? Just curious. Fortunately there are other companies that sell these devices.
