If I could give no stars I would!!! They are rude and treat you like crap!!! I am going to report them. I don’t recommend them for anyone! Will find other service and help elsewhere.

Horrible service! Just horrible. I have been taking my kids here off and on for years. They were the only ones to take Medicaid. Recently I scheduled my boys for yearly checkups and physicals. We had 2 separate appointments and different days. Fine. We show up to the first appointment. She tells me we are 10 minutes late. I said ok. Sorry. I thought it was for 9:20. We are 10 minutes late. She makes an awful face. Well, we can’t get you in. What?! For being 10 minutes late? She went to double check. The doctor or whomever told her at the front desk no. I asked why not. It’s 10 minutes. She said, «Well, we are running behind and by the time I check you in and they call you back, that puts us further behind.» Ugh! So, because they are running behind or other patients have showed up late, now we cannot get in. It’s only 9:30, by now, mind you. So, I said ok. Whatever. I’m trying to be nice. I told her to find us another appointment. Next available is a week out. OK10⁄5 at 9:40. So I told her on Wed, 9/30, switch this child standing here for the other child’s appointment. He has to get a physical. So she does. We come into the office on 9⁄30. You better freaking believe we are EARLY this time. She calls my son by the wrong name. Same lady. I said this is son XX. He is 17, not 14. Obviously. Remember we switched the appointments. Again, face winching look. She study’s the screen. Yes, ok. Fine. Now we move on and have our appointment. The PA is great. Kind. Funny. Student PA is ok. She is learning. Most all the Doctors and PA’s are good. But my review is about the dummy at the scheduling desk. I get an automated call yesterday confirming my son’s appointment for Monday, 10⁄5. I realize as this point that my card has expired and I don’t have confirmation of coverage. So today I call to see if they can tell me if we’re covered or help in some way. You know what she says? I don’t see an appointment for Monday, at all. I am floored. I am beyond pissed. Not at her. It’s not her fault. She tries to help. She looks up the coverage. She looks up the appointment. I so totally hate this government funded health care and this particular place. I have further complaints about Lone Star. We have been to the office in Round Rock as well. It’s all a joke and a fiasco. When you do not have insurance other than Medicaid, you are at their mercy and they can jerk you around all they want to. I do not recommend this place to anyone. At all. Ever. If I can avoid them further, I will.

This place is a joke. Went in right when they opened this morning because my tonsils are swollen shut. I woke up in the middle of the night gasping for air with chest pain. They rudely tell me I need an appointment. Wtf! How can i possibly make an appointment in the middle of the night? I can’t even breath and you’re telling me you might be able to get me in at 7pm if someone cancels. How do you people sleep at night! This isn’t the first time this has happened. Last time they refused to see me for a serious illness the ER tech had to call and threaten them to get them to see me. They fit me in in less than an hour that time. The staff is not trained in medical practice at all.. They have no clue what constitutes as a serious, life threatening illness. There were plenty of people in that waiting room this morning laughing and joking, not sick enough to give them priority over me. There isn’t a clinic out there who doesn’t take walk ins when it’s a serious matter. Except lone star. Fuhking pathetic.

While their providers have been mostly very kind and competent, they are only there for a short time, and the staff does not seem to pick up on their patients’ needs when that happens. My provider was transferred to the Taylor office without my knowledge, and since they will not allow you to schedule follow-up appointments 90 days in advance while you are there, I got scolded for not calling to set up an appointment with a provider who is no longer there. The pharmacy services are truly one of the worst I have ever experienced. While they ask for a phone number to contact you if needed, they seem unable to dial a phone to communicate that there is a problem. I recently made 4 trips there to get a maintenance medication filled, and I had to walk the refill request to the provider’s office, which was 20 feet away. Their staff is always chatting when I arrive, and they behave as if their service is a burden to deliver. Most of their rolling televised informational signs are in Spanish and unreadable to this gringa. They will not process a refill request until 26 days have elapsed on a 30-day fill, then their message tells you that it can take 3 – 5 days to process. They are condescending and rude, and if I did not have to use them, I would not.

All I can give is a 1 star review. I have been on a «waiting list» for well over a year. I call, leave a message, use the web request appointment, and… nothing! I tried calling again, «IF» I get a hold of anyone, it’s the same story… «We do not have enough practitioners at the moment». My condition has, in the past, warranted an ER visit, and a CT scan. I have been told many good things about this place, but in the last 18 months or so all I have received is the cold shoulder.

Very cheap for the procedure i had done but it took over an hour to pull one tooth and a muscle in my neck was pulled and was very painful. But very professional in what they do!

I only use the pharmacy at this location, but they help you quickly and get you in and out. The bathroom is always clean. Actually the whole place is always clean and nice looking. Walking into the buildinglooking around is well manintained. This is a for a lot of people that can not afford very much(low income), but it dosen’t make you feel that way coming in like some places do.
