Contacted Mainstream after another plumbing company failed to follow through. Ben came over, told me what I needed and I went to go get it a few days later. Scheduled an install date for our shower set. Ben was a little late to start, ran into some complicating factors, and had some emergencies in between, but the install looks great. He had to do a few extra things because of an accident he made, which made the task go longer, yet we are pleased with our experiences. Ben was easy to speak with and he got right to work each time he came back. The only issue I would say would need work would be communication.

I had called Mainstream in a panic because my father’s vacant house had been flooded by faulty pipes. Rick was there within 15 – 20 minutes, helped me locate the water shut off and was able to ascertain things were off for the moment. Due to my scheduling conflicts, had to schedule an appointment for 2 days later. Rick was there on time as promised, detected the problem immediately after removing a wall and fixed the problem quickly. Will certainly use them again if ever in a bind.

I manage several properties for my dad on the side and always use Mainstream when I need plumbing work done.
Chris and Eric are as friendly and knowledgeable as people can be. They are always on time and get to work immediately. They are always able to explain the problem simply and can usually solve it immediately. I would say their pricing is comparable if not cut-​rate, but honestly I have not used another plumber in at least two years. I am truly comfortable calling these guys over, pointing to the problem and signing the check. Five stars all around.
