Ok ok — I know it’s just a McDonalds, but it’s one of the only Fast Food joints near us, so we sadly go there far too often, but my point is — they are on it! Always fast, even during peak times, hot food, always correct order and provide happy employees! Great McDonalds location! Happy Customer

Took 20 min to get through the drive thru. Once they had given my our food, they gave us the wrong sandwich which I exchanged for the right one. Once we got home the jalapeño double that we ordered had no jalapeño’s at all but instead had sautéed onions which it was not supposed to have at all.

This McDonald’s has the worst service consistently more so than any other McDonalds. A constant wait. Whatever you do before pulling away check your order more than half the time it is either wrong or your missing a straw. I would not recommend ever going to this particular one.

Stopped here for a quick breakfast heading west on I-64 towards Holiday World. The drive thru was really busy but my friend and I planned on eating inside anyway. Service was quick and friendly, recently remodeled (rebuilt?), clean throughout, including the restrooms.

The tea is always fixed perfect. The last several times we ate there as a family for like lunch or dinner we all got sick running back and forth to bathroom or cramping. Either over cooked or to greasy. The breakfast food for most part no problems with. Also started getting hamburgers with bones in them and when i broke my tooth i let them know. they said they would have someone call me… didn’t …and i was out well close to $ 900 because it split it in half and had to have a porcelain tooth. So be cautious for the bones in meat. Customer service depends on person.

Meh, Its McDonalds. But when you get good service, you want to share it, even if it was out in BFE at McDonalds.
The service was great at the drive-thru and the food was hot and fresh (as it can be).
