Crystal is an exemplary business woman who leads a great team. The graphics staff and designers, are first rate, consistently producing high quality work in a timely fashion. When creative work is required, its always innovative and fresh. On the technical and engineering side they produce great work. I have no hesitation in recommending Crystal and her team to anyone. I should add that, on the interpersonal side, the entire team is wonderful and great communicators who gets along with people even under heavy deadline pressures.

I must extend virtual high-5s to the team and staff of this location. From my first contact with Yvonne and Cassie — I was extremely pleased with their focus on customer service and helping me get my order completed. The absolute above-and-beyond was yesterday by Cassie — I was totally under the gun because I had wrong due date for my project. Whew… they go my graphics DONE and printing will happen early. Not only did I receive follow-up emails, I also received a phone call to confirm. This is the kind of business that deserves repeat business.

My little sister is getting married in November and we needed to get her save the dates printed and sent. I did a little research online and was so confused by all of the different options and lingo. I called Crystal at Minuteman Press and after some questions and feed back on what we wanted she was able to give me an estimate that was great. The turn around time was amazingly fast. My sister was very happy with the final product and is so thankful for Minuteman Press’ prices and quality. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends for all of their printing needs.

My bubble got bursted. I was referred to this location for some materials I needed for several activities the women’s group at my church was hosting: posters, brochures, flyers, tickets and soon, color souvenir booklets. She was really happy with the personal relationship she had established and I was eager to deal with someone with an known track record. By the time I called them, I had already been wowed by the interaction I had with the Minutemen location downtown. While every printer I had called so far had been very friendly and fast, their customer service was higher and prices lower than any of the others! I could only imagine how the Minuteman Georgetown location would be in the interest of protecting one of their valued customer’s word of mouth. 1) They were the first place I called that took forever to answer the phone and then required a transfer for assistance.(This is only remarkable in hindsight.) 2) When I mentioned to the woman(I cannot remember her name so I’d hate to assume it was the co-owner) that I had been referred by one of their regular customers, it seemed like I annoyed her or she felt I was looking to get over on her some sort of way. 3) When I explained what I needed, she asked questions no one else asked(«Is this a bleed over document?»). When I told her I wasn’t sure what she meant(though I had an idea), she said, «Well, it’ll make a difference.» Period. I had to ASK her to explain what it meant. I tried to tell myself she was jsut being thorough, but somehow I don’t think that’s correct. 4) Everyone else was able to provide at least an estimate for the tickets I needed. She told me I would need to bring the document in and let them«look at it.» What? On top of that, every price she *did* manage to quote me was considerably higher than their downtown Austin counterparts. Sigh…oh well. I may have done something to set her off, but the only difference in my conversation with Minuteman Press-Georgetown from all the others was that a friend had referred me to them… It was downhill from there. NEVER tell them somebody sent you.
