We went there today as we needed our sim cards punched to fit into phones that required micro sims. The customer service was fantastic. Pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. We had gone to almost every cell phone provider within 30 miles trying to find someone who could do this and Radio Shack was the only place that had staff with all of these characteristics.
