Building way too fast and hiring cheap unskilled labor. Don’t be fooled by their model homes. It’s been a complete nightmare. Just ask anyone in one of their Leander neighborhoods. You have to fight to get anything fixed then expect to waste months of your time waiting around your house. They will tell you they have a great reputation, but actually ask someone who doesn’t work for them. Huge mistake.
