These apartments are made so CHEAP! I have a 3 bed/​2 bath. i do love the floor plan of the apartment and the balcony size, but other than that the cheapness of these apartments outweighs the few perks about this place. I can hear my neighbors below us and beside us all the time! literally i can hear their whole conversations as if they were in my actual apartment! Also every time we have to call them for maintenance we are accused for being at fault all the time! These apartment prices run lower than most out there but for what you are getting you are better off going somewhere else.

This is probably the best apartment Floorplan I have had the pleasure of living in. I have a 2br/​2 bath and the space feels more homey than any of the other apartments that I have been in! The noise does carry through from our neighbors. So that is distracting… but its an apartment. What are you going to do. But I absolutely love the dog park that they have on their grounds. I have 2 dogs and they love being able to get exercise and play instead of being cooped up in the apartment all day. The office staff is very friendly. Tanya is the sweetest person that you will meet! And goes above and beyond to make sure that everything goes smoothly when you move in or if you need to call in maintenence on anything.

Recently moved in and love the place. Office staff very nice and responsive when you call. Quality of the building is great. You can’t hear outside noise inside at all, multiple upgrades in apartment. If your going to pay to rent this place is so worth the $. My 2br/​2bath with fenced yard on 1st floor is less expensive than the 3rd floor apartment I had at Bell at Teravista (that had no upgrades everything was standard)
