El Camino Irrigation Dist

This is a horribly run «business» — if you can call it that. They have sucked our water table dry many times with their giant ag well and left my home and family with no running water for days at a time. Their answer was for us to get a holding tank and have water trucked in at our expense. They claim to «own the water» which they don’t according to state law. They answer to nobody but themselves. These are horrible people who only care about themselves and making money. I could not bathe my children many times and they could care less. They should be disbanded and treated the same way they have treated other people — like wild animals. Unfortunately the only way to deal with them is with an attorney and unless you have the money for that — they continue to take advantage of everyone that can’t fight them.
