I would not recommend this company for windows and doors installation. I paid a little over $ 19,000. for a project that was done on 25 April 2016 and I am very disappointed in this company. My master bedroom window did not come with any screens and they ordered a large trapezoid window incorrectly. They ordered the oak color on the outside with the white color on the inside and needless to say it is another 6 week wait to get the screens and correct window. The window installation was another disappointment., while the installers over sprayed the foam installation on my wood work and then used acetone to remove the foam they also removed the stain from the woodwork. In my guest bedroom the installers placed a piece of equipment against the bedroom wall the equipment placed a dent in the wall and removed some of the paint needless to say the bedrooms were professionally painted in February 2016 and now the wall needs repair. Please save your money and go elsewhere for your windows and doors.

While they weren’t able to help us with our window (replacement for a 50 year old window in bathroom), I have never been so impressed with customer service. Daniel came out to our house, asked us what we were looking for, gave us different options — all while being conscientious of us not wanting to spend a fortune while remodeling the entire bathroom.
I would absolutely recommend them to everyone we come in contact with. The customer service was phenomenal. I cannot stress that enough!

Customer service is not a high priority. I called about a window that was foggy. Their lifetime warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Their service department dosent answer the phone you have to leave a message. Their message says they will return your call in the order it was received. My first call was returned over three hours later. In that call I went around and around with her about their «lifetime warranty». It was going to cost me the shipping charges and a service call charge to have the «lifetime warranty» window replaced. The I went around with her about the size of the window. She was looking at the original paper work but she said she need me to give her the size of the glass. She couldn’t figure it out. I told her I didn’t“t want to measure it, she order it, then then find out it was the wrong size. She said it would cost $ 85.00 to have somebody come to measure it. I said that was to much because it is a 3 mile round. She would not change that. She told me that it didn’t need to be exact within an inch and she could tell from the paper work. I told her again which window it was to no avail. I gave in told her I would get her the measurement. I called the next day with the numbers. Five business days went by not including a Saturday and no call from her to say she ordered it or when it would be in. So I stopped in at their store to talk to her. I was there at 12:35 and told she was at lunch and she would call me as soon as she got back. That call came at 4:45 that afternoon. Now she said she needed the size of the whole window. I should say that this is a three pane picture window in the living room. I was so mad by now I was ready to blow up. I asked her how much the shipping might be she said between $ 50 and $ 100. I told her I would get back to. After hell freezes over.
I would tell everyone to stay as far away from this place as possible.
