This is a one man band company. Horrible communication and seems to struggle with English. Customer service is –10 at best. Rudest experience of my life with repair folks. Would suggest you call Apache or Silver spring appliance repair WAY BEFORE this dude. What a jerk.

Friendly person and amazing service!!!
I called Raj regarding my refrigerator repair, he seemed very knowledgable and helpful. He gave us few instructions over the phone to follow till the time he took to reach us as we called him on a late Saturday evening. The guy promised to show up on Sunday morning and guess what! he did show up at 9:30am early Sunday morning. I was really amazed by his concern and sincerity. He fixed the refrigerator and took a nominal fee being a Sunday service. I really appreciate such hard working people. I am defiantly going to him for any further repairs and I also recommend him.

This is a small company, with a good owner. He is professional, and expert at his work. I have used his services on two occasions for my gas range and have been completely satisfied. He was on time with the right parts both times.
I would recommend Apple Home Appliance Serve to anyone who may need good service on their appliances.

Worst Scammers ever!!!
My cooktop quit working, Called kitchen aid and they set me up with Apple crap company. kitchen aid told me to pay the tech $ 125 but My Raj wants to charge me $ 175 to put my free covered under warranty parts. I told him about what kitchen aid asked me to paid and he said let me call you back, guess what he did !! he sent my parts back to kitchen aid… called Kitchen aid back and they said the parts was never returned. !!!
