I have been going round and round with ASE Physicians for almost a year over billing from August 2013! I’ve called numerous times to try and straighten it out, and every time I think it’s resolved, I get yet another bill from them. I just received a statement from a collections agency. I’ve open a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. ASE Accounting seems to be VERY dysfunctional! Beware!

Brought my daughter into Inova Alexandria Hospital emergency room for an xray on her arm. I am insured and paid the co-​pay. ASE Physicians tried to back bill me for the $ 253.74 balance and sent the account to a collections agency. Called my insurance company who told me that they had paid the bill and that ASE Physicians failed to credit my account. Their fault, my pain. Who pays for that? Not them.
BTW, saw a physician assistant for all of 5 minutes. Total cost: $ 627.00.
