I am so sad to see all the negative reviews. My experience at this store has been nothing but top notch. I also needed jewelry for a wedding and both of the owners went out of their way to provide exemplary customer service. Based on my customer service experience at the store I would say the owners remark was most definitely taken out of context. Anytime I need a gift or want something special for myself this is the first place I go. Everything in the store is affordable and classy.

the BEST boutique in Memphis for gifts and accessories! my go-to place every time. Always on-trend and spot-on for the perfect necklace, earring or bracelet. they carry brands that you can’t find any where else in town, but at higher prices at Nordstrom and Saks! Yesterday I purchased a Barefoot Dreams wrap for a Christmas gift for my coworker. The girls were so friendly and helpful even though the store was packed with shoppers. It was so nice to see everybody smiling and enjoying the holiday! I wish Dazzle would open in Highland Park, a girl can dream…

I was in Dazzle with my cousin who was looking for necklaces for her wedding and wedding party. The sales associate walked up to us, and asked to help us. She walked my cousin around the store, and when she could not locate an item that was a larger necklace, she asked the owner if he knew if they would be getting any more after December. His response has caused me to relive the moment over and over again. He stated that we are not his customers. His merchandise is classy and elegant, and that’s what his customers like. WE reassured him that the item we are looking for is also classy and elegant. My cousin and I were appalled. We should have walked out at that moment. Instead my cousin chose to walk around the store herself to see if there may be something else that she may want for either herself or her bridesmaids. He proceeded to follow us through the store, and would not leave us alone, once we said we would just look ourselves. We thanked the woman who helped us. The owner came back over, as we discussed his behavior. My cousin said it appeared that her money was no good there. He replied, I’d love for you to spend your money here. Ummmm.. . What? We explained that he was rude, and his words were not appreciated, and as he was telling us that we misunderstood, he continued to walk closer to us. The lady that helped us whispered an apology, and we left. I will NEVER again walk foot in to this store. They will never again get my money, and I will make sure that my friends and family know how we were treated here. Dazzle, please don’t waste your time typing a response. The one you typed for my cousins review was laughable and untrue. Just wanted to let everyone else know how you treat potential customers that aren’t.. .what was it you said again.. .oh that’s right.. .“classy and elegant”. Sad.… Updated — In regards to his response, which I clearly stated was not necessary due to the fact that I already knew what kind of garbage he would say.. .same thing he said to my cousin… I’ve responded with the following message: Again, that isn’t what we said. Your message back isn’t necessary. You aren’t my kind of business. I like to shop in places where people are treated with respect and kindness. No one asked for a collar, or to be treated as though we were anything less than another one of your customers. We went to Macy’s. We were treated with respect. We were helped. We found beautiful jewelry, and we spent our money at a business that at least pretended to not be judgy and close minded. You screwed up. There is nothing you can say to take that back. You should apologize for being a jerk, not for us having a less than stellar experience. Update #2– the owner as well as an employee have both now tried to write reviews to deflect from the negative review my cousin and I have left. If you didn’t want a negative review, you should have been more concerned about how you treated people that walked through the door of your store, apologized when you were wrong, and stopped trying to cover your behind. You didn’t even take the time to write a valid response to my complaint.

This was my first experience at this store. I am getting married and was looking for necklaces for my dress and bridesmaids and had a nice saleswoman helping me search for items to look through. The man who believe was the owner asked the saleswoman what she was helping me with and she explained it to him. He proceeded to explain that his types of clients prefer«classy and elegant pieces». I was taken aback because he made it seem as if my money was not good in his store. I explained to him that what I am looking for is indeed classy and elegant although perhaps not as simple of a piece. I was very offended to be discriminated in this way. He then would not leave me alone as I attempted to then look through his store without assistance from staff. He proceeded to to me that he did not mean to offend me and continued to explain himself after I had moved on. The saleswoman apologized for the man’s behavior and I appreciated that because she was very nice. I would never shop here and have already begun talking to all of my family and friends in the area who have shopped at Dazzle to never shop here again because of the discriminatory nature of this business.

I received a gift from this store for my birthday. I was super excited the gift giver included a gift receipt. The gift receipt clearly states 7 days with the receipt and I get a full refund. 14 days and I get store credit. It did not distinguish gift receipt or otherwise. I was within my 7 day window, so I was excited to use the funds and go buy a pair of running shoes. To my dismay, neither the clerk nor the manager could explain why the gift receipt was not sufficient. But I walked out with nothing but store credit and a sour taste in my mouth. I guarantee that I will never be back. You apparently care more for the almighty dollar than your customers. I hope someone sees this review and goes to another store for their accessory needs.

I like Dazzle. They’ve got a few items that are under $ 10, but everything mainly costs between $ 11 – 30. Everything is good fashion quality jewelry from necklaces rings, earrings, scarves, and purses. The items are all sectioned off by ring size to make it easier for shopping too. This isn’t a place you’ll get real gem stone items or fine jewelry. If you’re looking for something that is funky, fashionable, and reasonably priced then Dazzle will dazzle your saavy!

What a wonderful accessory boutique! You get an upscale feel with low end prices! How can you beat that? I was totally shocked by how inexpensive the items were without looking«cheap». I love how they wrap everything up in pink tissue paper with a Dazzle sticker on it. The gift boxes are really cute, too. And added bonus… a sweet, well behaved puppy dog to greet the customers! She was the best behaved dog I have seen in a while(and I am around a LOT!). Great experience and highly recommended!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I wish they had one in Charlotte. I don’t live in Memphis, but I make sure I stop by this place every time I visit, and I always go home with some new accessories. I really like Dazzle because they carry rings that fit me(I wear a size 5). They also have a good selection of handbags, scarves, and sunglasses. Their selection of jewelry ranges from costume and lots of bling to every day wear. The prices are good too. I spent $ 30 and got a necklace and 2 pairs of earrings. Their selection of watches is great! I have about 4 now. They are the Geneva brand and look almost identical to the Michael Kors watches. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I broke one of my watches and I took it back to them and they fixed it, no charge! It was awesome because the prices some people charge to fix a watch is outrageous. This place is perfect when you’re in need of a gift and they wrap it up for you in cute little chinese takeout box with pink ribbon and tissue paper. As long as Dazzle is here I will be a loyal customer.

Accessory lovers of the greater Memphis area, rejoice: I’ve found a shop that carries quality jewelry, scarves, sunglasses and bags. And the best part? Nothing in the store is more than $ 100. At the invitation of shop owners Mike and Amy Egerman, I went to check out Dazzle boutique in Germantown on Friday. When they opened the shop two years ago, they wanted to create a shop that was stocked with quality, reasonably priced items that still had a fun boutique feel. Dazzle caters to a lot of different tastes. «If you’re female or buying for a female, we can help you,» Amy said. Despite the large stock, the store doesn’t seem crowded. The space is light and airy, and all of the jewelry is arranged by category. Dressy pearls and rhinestones occupy a corner, colorful tween friendship bracelets get their own shelf, and chunky beaded necklaces and bracelets are laid out on a table. Recently, Dazzle was selected as a Germantown Small Business of the Year by Germantown Magazine. It makes sense — when I was there, the shop was bustling with women of all ages trying on jewelry, posing in front of mirrors with sunglasses and handbags and having purchases gift wrapped.
