Fresh N Clean Mobile Auto Detailing

David from Fresh N Clean did an AWESOME job detailing my car today! He was on time and removed the ugly swirl marks (courtesy of Lexus of Rockville car wash — more on that later) out of the car paint! Love these guys and I highly recommend them!

Made arrangements with Matt. Matt and Charlie (I think his name was) came to my place, on time. All self-​contained — used their own cleaning materials, electricity, water. They were VERY thorough. Did an EXCELLENT job with my 2005 Ford Explorer — inside and out. The inside especially — 10 years of accumulation, if you know what I mean. Looked like a brand new car! I personally highly recommend Matt and Team!

I had my car detailed by Fresh N Clean yesterday and I could not be happier with the results! They came out– on time– and spent at least 5 hours detailing my very dirty car. I have dogs, and wiry dog hair is impossible to get out of car seats, but somehow they managed and my leather seats look essentially brand new. They were very thorough and even got some scuffs/​paint transfer off of the outside of the car.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a company with attention to detail and who will actually put the time and effort into getting the car as close to perfect as humanly possible.

The job they did was excellent. Perfect really. I wanted clean, restored headlights and I got them. However, I am docking one star because the initial appointment was skipped and I had to call to find out and get it rescheduled. Once Evan his team focus on customer contact and appointment timeliness I’ve no doubt this business will become a five-​star company.

Didn’t show up for the app’t. Didn’t phone me or email me to say they weren’t showing up. Outrageous. I got a refund from Groupon, but that doesn’t compensate for the time lost.
UPDATE: I had phoned their number four times, no one there, left messages. Finally they emailed me – they had written down the wrong date. [And, I guess, they had turned off their cell phone.] This is NO way to run a business.

My car has never been soo clean, great job!

I found these guys on craigslist and couldn’t be happier. At this point, I have used their service several times and recommended them to a buddy who also took advantage. Making the appointment with them is strait forward. They came to my home to perform the detail and the job has been done perfectly. I have used other full detail services which have been fine. But these guys take it a step further in my opinion. Attention to detail and willingness to do the job right is what I took away from working with these guys. Keep up the great work guys.

It’s rare that I give a 5 star rating but these guys deserve it and more. Had them do two of my cars today on the recommendation of a neighbor and couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of work and the price. I haven’t found a better service of the like ever. Appointments are a couple days out so book early, they were on time, professional, and did everything I asked within the quoted price. Would recommend and use them again.

I found this business on Craigslist and they did an amazing job! I had a lot of dog hair in my car and they removed every bit of it. My car looks brand new. I highly recommend them!

I’m not sure what the other people are talking about in terms of customer service. I was very pleased with the service I received. Evan was friendly and knowledgeable. There was an unforeseen problem that cause our initial appointment to be rescheduled, but they contacted me an hour before my appointment (7:00am) to let me know what was going on. On the day of my rescheduled appointment, they were even a few minutes early, and they got right to work. I had water damage in my car, and they knew exactly what to do. I would highly recommend this service, and I will use them again.

Just finished getting my BMW detailed with Fresh N Clean Mobile, I am very pleased with their customer service and the rates that they offered. I called around to many different places before deciding to go with them and I am glad that we were able to do business together. They were on time and very thorough with the detailing process. Definitely would recommend to other friends, family, and coworkers.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE GUYS!!! how can i rate them when they never shows up for appointments? MUTIPLE TIMES!
this is email i wrote them and never got any reply from them, see below from other reviewer they were also promised a detail but never showed up or even bothered to call.
«i been trying to get my car detailed for past month now. i feel as i been pretty patient knowing some things are out of your control, but your habitual tendancy to miss the appointment time without any notice has gotten me to be a pissed off cutsomer.
As a social being, if you made an appointment you should be there at least around the appointed time. if for some reason traffic, accident, running late occurs, it’s a common courtesy that you let the opposing perosnal know that you will not make it in time or that it would be better idea to reschdule the meeting.
honestly i really do not expect any reply from you, or even want my car get detailed by an unprofessional staff that cannot even keep appointment time. When we first talked on phone, you say you take pride in what you do. You should reconsider your position. If you say what you are then you can try to make things right and disapprove my experience with fnc detailing service. »

I tried them based on craigslist, and I am pleased.
They were on time, thorough and fair. My car looks great and it was so dirty. Customer service was superb. Easy scheduling via email too!

wow. let me start by stating the saying «you can’t judge a book by it’s cover» can go both ways. I call for a tint removal, he comes on time and gets to work. Two hours later (on a coup) I check on the progress they’ve done and Evan says there done. I do an overall inspection of the car and notice a lot of glue on the back windshield. He claims that if I put down tint again (which I planned on doing) the glue would disappear underneath. I thank him, pay, then two weeks later, go to get my tints back on. The tint shop brings to my attention my back windshields defrost lines are broken. Sure enough, I look closer and notice breakage and discoloration of the lines. I immediately called Evan and tried to set up a meeting. With persistence, I manage to get him to look at the car two days later. He then claims he believes the tint company was upset I didn’t give them the removal job, and the defrosters aren’t broken. I then ask for a meeting of the two, and have not heard back from him since. My car is in a hazardous condition, and Evan will not return my calls to attempt to get my car addressed. I plan on taking full legal recourse, and strongly recommend to stay away from Fresh n Clean!

The thing I love about Even at Fresh N Clean is his responsiveness. We exchanged a bunch of emails over a couple of weeks and he was always very quick to respond from his BlackBerry.
Evan showed up to work on two of my cars early on a cold Saturday morning and worked diligently for about 7 hours. He did a thorough and spectacular job on my Honda Civic which was subsequently sold a few days later. And he spent HOURS cleaning up the years-​old soda explosion out of my wife’s Subaru Outback. I didn’t think we’d ever see a clean car again but did! He also did a great job of unfogging the headlights for the Outback.
Overall Evan seems to be a nice, honest, hardworking guy. And on top of all that his prices are lower than anyone else’s I could find!
