Germantown Carpet Cleaning

I have a rental property that was quite beat up (especially the stairs). It looked great after treated by Justin. He was prompt and efficient. I will use this company again between tenants. Thank you!

We just bought a townhouse and wanted to get the common area carpets a good deep cleaning to undo some dirt and damage from the old occupants. Germantown Carpet Cleaning was able to give us an appointment within 24 hours, which was more convenient than expected. However, 20 minutes after the scheduled arrival time (9AM), my husband got a call that it would be another 20 minutes before the tech got there. So 40 minutes late for the first appointment of the day.
The tech was competent and friendly. We got the deep clean and he went over the areas at least 3 times, including a small hall area that I hadn’t included in the original order request. He was able to offer suggestions as it seemed a couple areas weren’t stains, but instead singed fibers– perhaps from the previous occupants having work-​out equipment on the carpet.
Overall I am sure that the cleaning pulled out a lot of dirt and gunk from the carpets. The spots that were indeed stains were certainly lighter, but not all the way removed as I had hoped. The carpets dried much faster than we expected too, by the end of the day we were back in the house and it smelled fresher and the carpets were dry. I’m happy we did it, but will likely only pay for the regular clean next time.

A few weeks ago I called them to inquire about deep cleaning our office carpets. They did an excellent job… They came right away to give a quote and were available to complete the job the following weekend. The two guys who came out were very nice and did a really thorough great job on our carpets. I will definitely use them again!

He asked me what he could do to turn my negative review into a positive experience. After a brief talk, we worked out an agreement that was more than generous on his part.
I was truly impressed with Sam’s determination to go above and beyond to help his customers, and stand by his company name. If only more companies cared this much about their reputation.

I don’t understand the good reviews for this service. The receptionist was not at all knowledgeable about the process or about giving estimates. She quoted me an astronomical fee to clean a couple of rooms in my apartment, then when I mentioned the coupon on their website, she knew nothing about it. The guys arrived to clean the carpet 30 minutes after my hour window had ended, and were unable to let me know they’d be late because the receptionist wrote down my number wrong. They didn’t have any sort of vacuum (unlike every other carpet cleaning service I’ve ever used), and they instructed me to vacuum after they left when the carpet was dry to lift the nap. The only good things I can say about them is that the technicians were nice, they worked quickly, and the carpet does look cleaner than before they came. Oh, and they gave me a $ 10 discount because I was unhappy. Stay away.

Germantown carpet cleaning service was superior. They arrived on time and was very professional. My carpets looks amazingly cleaned. I had several spots from kids dropping their juice on the carpet. I also had some dog urine stains that are gone.
I highly recommend their services.

I am 120% happy with this Carpet Cleaning business! I called «Germantown Carpet Cleaning» a couple of days ago, in dire need for a carpet cleaning. My two year old niece has been battling cancer at the Children’s Hospital in DC and is finally coming home, but she needs to be in a sterile environment, since her antibody counts are down; so I sought out an economical and reliable company to clean the area where she will be staying. I definitely found it here! Sandra is great! Even though it was a last minute job, she made sure I was taken care of. Shouki (aka. Shawn) came to clean the carpet and he did an amazing job. First of all, he was on time! something I am not used to when it comes to other home services. He has a great friendly nature and great work ethics. The overall quality of the work is what I am very appreciative about; he took the time to discuss my options and did not over charge me for anything; the amount he said over the phone is what I was charged and it was not as much as most services out there charge. GREAT PRICE FOR A GREAT JOB!!! I am sold, I will definitely will be calling Shouki for my future carpet needs!
