Germantown Chiropractic Center

I’ve been going here for years, and I think it’s great. I have had none of the problems the previous reviewer talks about. I’ve never had a problem with billing here. Also, I would be wary of anyone who complains about not having improvements right away. Unfortunately, chiropractic takes a while to work. You’re not going to feel better in three weeks. You have to be consistent and committed and willing to stick to an appointment schedule for a while. It works (it works better than ANYTHING for healing back pain permanently, actually!), but YOU have to put the work in, too. As they say, there are no shortcuts to anywhere worth going.
Dr. Bosland is a great doctor, too — very kind and caring, and extremely knowledgeable. He’s older so I think he’s got a great deal of experience in his field. He was able to make some observations about my spine that several other doctors missed.
Also, any time I’ve had to come in at the last minute, they have always accommodated me. I have called on multiple occasions without an appointment, asking if they could squeeze me in because my hip popped out of place or my back had a sudden spasm, and they have never once not been able to fit me in. No matter how booked up they are, they always make time for me. (Perhaps this is because I’m a longtime patient and I’ve spent a small fortune there over the years, but I think they’d do the same for anyone else.)
The only thing I wish is that they were open past 6:30 pm, and maybe had some Saturday hours like some other chiropractic offices.

If you are looking for a chiropractor that’s first thought is of you as a cash cow and puts you on a 3x a week plan with no signs of improvement, come here. And then when you stop coming, they continue to bill you and despite written documentation from them, they ignore it and continue to bill?
Hands down the worst bill problems I have ever had with ANY doctor. Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Gaithersburg is a much better alternative. I wouldn’t come back to this center again if it was the last Chiropractor on the planet.
Doctor was ok, but the billing and office side of things are a complete train wreck.
