I have dental anxiety, and from the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm smile and made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I am so impressed with how friendly, kind, and welcoming the staff were.
This was my first visit, and the staff walked me through the paperwork, office procedures/​policies, which was all done on tablets. I had X-​rays and needed a deep cleaning done. Katie was very gentle and took her time, making sure to explain procedures and kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable during the cleaning. Dr. Garrett was very kind and professional. I was presented with a treatment plan, they had already factored in my insurance information, so my costs were clear and laid out. The office is exceptionally clean and everything looked state of the art.
Dr. Garrett and her staff do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I am so relieved to have found a dentist that I LOVE and enjoy going to! I can’t believe I’m actually looking forward to going back! I HIGHLY recommend Germantown Cosmetic & Family Dentistry to anyone looking to have a great experience at the dentist!

I’m relatively new to the neighborhood and have been looking for a new dentist. Earlier today I went in for an initial visit /​check-​up /​cleaning and had a great experience. The staff are all super friendly and professional. My hygienist was skilled and efficient and did great work. Being an initial visit, I didn’t have any major work performed by Dr. Garrett, but we talked for a while and she performed my initial exam. She’s also friendly and professional and inspires confidence — if I needed any major work done I would not hesitate to have her perform it. All around, the office is a first class operation and I will definitely return!
