This place is awful. I initially called because my boyfriend was locked out of our condo and I’m all the way in California. The first initial call they told me they would be there in 20 – 25 mins. An hour and a half later and after another call saying he was 10 mins away (obviously not true) I received another call saying he was stuck on the highway. So why tell me you’re 10 mins away? Needless to say I canceled and went with Dave’s Locksmith in Rockville. This place is awful. Then after all this waiting they had the audacity to call me back and try to deny how long it was since my initial call. I’m not stupid, I know how to look at the time stamps in my phone AND tell time. At least be honest about the wait time and treat potential customers with respect! I had to hang up on the guy because he tried arguing with me. I didn’t have time for it. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was locked out on a Saturday afternoon and I called Germantown Locks and Locksmiths. Josh, the assigned tech arrived on time and was able to get things resolved in an expedient manner. Although they are pricey and charge a $ 29 for showing up, I would recommend them highly for their quality service.
