I’m pretty sure the selection at this one is better than my normal stop in Collierville. I walked down the aisles 2 – 4 times just in case I missed ANYTHING. The staff is always helpful and the items keep getting better.

I had a dog whose teeth were not as good as they use to be. Got turned off by hard food. Use to buy her purina bags and she would always eat the soft food and leave the hard ones uneaten. This all changed when I went to Hollywood feed. The employees here were very welcoming. They would constantly ask if I had any questions and more than a few times would check up on me. I don’t see that around anymore. I asked what I could buy my dog with her problem and they told me a few suggestions. One employee had a similar problem with her dog and told me what she did. I went ahead and took her up on giving my dog a softer version of what she was use to eating. It turns out that it’s been wonderful! Dog is chowing down now like there’s no tomorrow. Thanks Hollywood Feed team! Also I liked that most of the food there were local products! Support #memphis! :)

Wow, this store is huge! (Or maybe my regular Hollywood Feed is tiny.) Great selection of not only the necessities, but all the little decorative items, candles, cute signs, dishes, beds, and accessories.
They had my food, and I was in and out in 5 minutes!

Can’t rave about Hollywood Feed enough! Their courteous and knowledgeable staff has guided me into the right direction more than once. They have helped me select the right food for our dogs and suggested toys for our dog who likes to destroy his toys in .2 seconds. Their customer service is outstanding. They have replaced a collar that Mr. Destroyer decided to chew and they have given me a rain check on the Wednesday self-​bathing $ 5 deal because they thought it was too cold that day for the dogs to get a bath. They really care about our pets.

These guys sure are friendly and helpful! I came here to get some good dog food and pill pockets for my dog who was recently hit by a car and in recovery mode. I explained that she hadn’t been eating and I need some things that were easy on her stomach, so they pointed me in the right directions. They also recommended the pill pockets since my dog would NOT take her antibiotics or pain killers (pill pockets only worked for a day until she started spitting pills back out at us, but that’s not Hollywood Feed’s fault). Now my dog has recovered well and gained her weight back. These guys are great and I’d recommend them to anyone.

I have always purchased my cat food from Target or Walmart. Recently I saw the commercials for Hollywood Feed touting their ability to recommend food based on your pets needs. I also clipped a coupon from a circular. I decided my cats needed an upgrade so I dropped into Hollywood Feed and found an associate to guide me. I must say she was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable about the different types of food (ie: ingredients and age ranges recommended.). She did recommend several types so I was still in a bit of a quandary, but I settled on a large bag that was not much pricier than my usual food. I was reassured by the sign stating that if I don’t like what I purchased (or rather my little fur balls don’t like it) then I can return it. I felt much more at ease about purchasing the 15 lb bag.
