Always mess up your order. I order from them due to the convenience of the fast delivery. However, their orders are always wrong, rarely get all the items you order or the correct sandwich, it is either one or the other. Since I am a night nurse I cannot call and get things changed, by the time we have dinner JJ is closed, I eat whatever I get pretty much. However today I have reached the end of the rope. I ordered a Turkey sandwich and all I got was bread and two slices of turkey. Look at the attached picture– it speaks a thousand words. I have learned my lesson.

I ordered a totally tuna and and 45 min later it still wasn’t delivered. BAD service!!!

It’s all about the speed. A sandwich shop is a sandwich shop until they have two to three-​minute ticket times. The food is tasty, but the speed of service makes this my favorite sandwich chain.

Sandwiches are ok, but both times I’ve ordered, we’ve had items missing from the delivery. This time – no straws, no napkins, and missing a bag of chips (that we paid for). Phoned for the chips over an hour ago; they’re still not here. So, check your order before signing the receipt.

I do not understand all the hype about this place. I paid over $ 5 with tax for a sandwich on stale, tasteless white bread with meat and veggies that all tasted like cardboard, too. The noise level of the loud music blaring and all the employees (I counted 6 or 7) standing around talking plus the dark black and red décor (reminds me of an AutoZone), would have made trying to eat there very unappetizing. Someone gave me a gift card, but I won’t be redeeming it. Once in a lifetime was one time too many for me. At least with Subway you have a selection of bread, many more meat selections, the toppings of your choice, and they’ll toast your sandwich if you want. At this place they have one bread choice, white, the veggie selections are iceberg lettuce and tomatoes (that were under ripe), and the only condiment on my sandwich was mayonnaise, all of which were automatically put on the sandwich. The provolone cheese was hard and dry. The meat had a slight smoky hint, but it was virtually flavorless. The consistency of everything was very chewy. I choked down about half of it and felt like I had a rock in my stomach the rest of the evening. Oh, and you get it one way… cold. I could have gotten a toasted footlong Subway for the same price and gotten two meals out of it. I’m not that crazy about Subway, but it beats this place hands down. I will say the employees were fast and polite, too fast actually because they never asked what I wanted on it and acted as if they were in a race to finish it and get me out the door so as to get back to their gabbing. They just slapped it together, wrapped it up, and within 30 seconds they were done. I like to be able to differentiate between the taste of the sandwich and the paper it’s wrapped in. Unfortunately, in this case I could not.

Good sandwiches — but be sure you ask about and check their delivery fees! They charged $ 10.69 for delivering 14 sandwiches one mile away. Definitely should have gotten it myself! Between that and the tip cost $ 17 to get the food !! They did not tell me the delivery fee on the phone when I ordered and gave me a total charge with a $ 2.00 delivery fee. Will be disputing this charge !!

I’ve never had a bad sandwich here! Even the unwiches are amazing! They sell the day old bread for 50 cents a loaf as well! So good!

Prices are good — average or similar to other sub shops.
Gave a good tip and someone brought us an extra bag of chips!
They’ve added on to their list of drinks.
They’re cookies are big and delicious.
Love their pickle fourths :)
