Lazarte Contracting

I am a builder of single family homes in Bethesda, Maryland. I recently engaged Lazarte Contracting, LLC, to install a stucco-​like finish called EIFS on a large house I was building. I work with many subcontractors in building my homes and can say without a doubt that this company is one of the best.
I had never done a house with this material before so they had to do a lot of handholding guiding me through the process every step of the way. Jacinto Lazarte, the President of the Company, could not have been more patient with me and helpful. Anytime I had a question or thought there might be a problem, he quickly came onsite and calmed me down. It was a totally wonderful experience working with him and his company. His employees were courteous at all times, professional and considerate. They did a wonderful job in preparing the house, installing the material and cleaning up after themselves every day. I feel very lucky to have found this company to do the work and create a beautiful exterior for the house. They are an A-​1 superior company.
