McDonald’s

Sick of this McDonalds. The last two times I have been there, using drive through, the order has been wrong. I ordered a Big Mac amongst a larger order and it was missing. I had to run back up and get it while my family ate. Time before that was the same thing but missing a 10 piece nugget. It gets frustrating to get home and then have to go back while the family eats. Only thing you get is a half assed «sorry». I told them last time that I wanted to add a cheeseburger on and she charges me. I mentioned to another customer that you would think they would just tell you it is on the house for the inconvenience. I don’t care about paying but the point is they give two craps about the customers. I haven’t been there in 5 months because if that.

Fast service, good food and drive through doesn’t take forever like at other fast food place!

This place is great because when we go down great seneca its usually really late, this place is open 24 hours. The service is fast and the staff is friendly. For the drive through its a little slower than going inside but its till good. Never had a mistake on an order!

These people look like they always intentionally forget to give you part of the order for some reason The place is also filthy Dirty You can see roaches crawling around everywhere The last time I was there was the worst of all times employee blowing his nose and not washing his hands after

Came here 2x in a night (12:31AM) because Unilocal says it’s ²⁴⁄₇. After no one coming to take my order I called and someone actually picked up. He claims that they are not ²⁴⁄₇ but why are you there at almost 1am???

It’s very nice for a McDonalds. Speed and accuracy are the way I rate a McDonalds. My order has always been current and the drive thru service is very speedy here. It’s recently been remodeled inside, so the décor is nice.

OK this IS a McDonald’s so dont expect much. This was one of the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. They never got the order right and were so rude. But I have noticed they have got rid of all the employees and hired an all new staff. They are super friendly and always get the order right. Management has really turned this place around.

I normally don’t like to review major chains, but I do like to recognize individual efforts, especially since each experience can be vastly different. Mad props to this Mickey D’s, though!
We ordered quickly (once we decided what we wanted), and didn’t have to wait on the person taking said order. The checkout was fast, and the wait time for our food was minimal, even with a special order.
Everything came out exactly as we requested. Also, the fries were PERFECT! Very hot, nicely salted, fresh and tasty… exactly what you would hope for and expect from any McDonald’s.
If it gives you any indication as to our overall satisfaction, I took the time to log on to Unilocal to write a review of a McDonald’s. That should say a lot right there. :) Well done team, and keep up the good work!

I really dislike this McDonalds and I’ve given this place many chances. First time my boyfriend paid for the food and the lady refused to give him then change but instead gave me the change. Another time in the drive thru the girl couldn’t swipe my card and I had to go in and swipe it myself. I don’t know what kind of workers they are hiring but I haven’t received any good customer service and a lot of the workers always look mad or miserable.

Great customer service. No rude employees. Restaraunt clean and welcoming. Food order correct.

I don’t know if this will help because I know most people don’t read Unilocal reviews of McDonald’s, but this is by far the most expensive in the Gaithersburg /​Germantown area. Most of the other McDonald’s in the area are doing one dollar any size sodas, they aren’t. Their egg white delight meal is $.30 more than everywhere else. Their location off great Seneca Highway is perfect for commuter traffic and they definitely make you pay for their location
