Moore, Meade S III

I have been going to see Dr. Moore since I was 4. So almost 2 decades now. I never understood why so many kids were afraid of the dentist. I loved going to mine. We had TVs on the ceiling and I got to pick out a piece of jewelry every time I left. He and his staff are so personable and make you feel right at home. He always inquires about my family and is genuinely interested in mine and their well being. Friendliest aside, he has done wonders for my teeth! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else which is probably why I’m 23 going to a kids dentist. Whoops.

This office CARES for their patients. No one rushes you & parents are welcome to go back with their child. Dr Meade is SO good handling patients. My child had gone to two other offices & had been very scared of the dentist. But now when she goes to Dr Meade she loves going to the dentist. Front office staff is great about explaining copays & insure info. Definitely recommend this office. Just wish they would take Moms as patients !

After writing my very truthful review, Dr Moore, instead of apologizing or trying to correct the problem. …
Sent me my records and a letter saying he would no longer treat my daughter. Creepy thing is I don’t have my name. must have hunted me down.
Or I am thinking perhaps it was the «office manager»
All very weird. I think she is in total denial.
Obviously the situation bothered me enough to try do do something. I really always would rather say something nice, but this was disturbing.

Seriously, take your kids to to Dr Moore. He is a great dentist. Just be prepared to deal with weirdness from the office manager, who is also his wife. And stay on your toes with their «creative» business practices.

When bad things happen and when people get treated poorly, word is going to get around. easier to fix the problem than try to shut it up.
Word gets around.
