Rivercrest Chiropractic

I have received terrific and effective care for a variety of issues over the past 5+ years from the professionals at Rivercrest Chiropractic. Unlike many chiropractic offices, the goal at Rivercrest is to correct and prevent future issues through treatment, rather than giving you a «life sentence» for treatment, and expense. Rivercrest’s staff and doctors are friendly, helpful, and in addition, they are very active in our community!

Billing staff apparently saw my negative review and sent me a snarky letter. This could have been avoided had they used some basic customer service and business skills. First, I did not receive their bill and I called my insurance company who told me that they just received it as well and it looked like the office staff of RiverCrest had forgotten to send the bill. Next I called Rivercrest and spoke with someone in their office and asked why this bill for a visit 6 months previous was just being sent now and they got real nasty.
When I called the billing staff to inquire about my bill they had the opportunity to find out why I did not pay it — because they didn’t send it and I didn’t receive it. If they would have said, oh we will send you the bill I would have paid it. Instead they got nasty which is why they get a negative review.
Customers buy more than a product or service, we pay for correct billing and follow up and when businesses like Rivercrest fail on their billing and customer service the entire business fails.

I started seeing Dr Mike about 5 years ago. Before I started going to him, I was in so much pain that I didn’t know what to do. He found that I had scoliosis and one leg was much longer than the other. He fixed it all and as long as I see him regularly (once every couple of months at the minimum) he keeps it well under control. I was 22 when I started seeing him and already had arthritis in my neck and lower back, he stopped that from getting worse.
The facilities are great, the office staff is just awesome! They have even called to check up on me when I’ve been in for an injury. I love that they make time for each and every patient. I love the different machines and equipment they have there for every one to make use of. I’m very happy to have found this place!
