Rolling Hills

My friend moved her last year and all was alright he said until last night after working a double shift you see he is a nurse and there was an evictions notice on his door. He called me and I said what you just paid your rent. So when he called the office they said it was for a $ 20.61 can you believe that you are going to put a eviction notice for $ 20.61. Wow that is insane so keep in mind if you move here these don’t owe a dime they will try to evict you. I have lived all over the area and NEVER have I heard of such non sense they must have had a lot of folks run out on them but REALLY this is so crazy. I am mad because I am the one who told him to move there. Listen I understand you have to pay your rent on time don’t get me wrong but to not give a person the right amount of time which is on the 10^th of the month as all the other companies do why be such a … about it. Life is hard enough people might need more time to make there payment why put a note on the door that you 2 days late and let everyone see that note but when you put a note on the door for the exterminator you seal that up. Wow u people are trips. So you can tell everyone this person is two days behind on there rent but you don’t want no one to know you all got roaches lol

I moved in here a month back. Tray smith processed my application and was really helpful. The managment is good and i am happy.
The floor plans are good one draw back is there is no patio or balcony. But I am ok with that.
I had problems with my water heater when I moved in and the entire system was replaced. I feel comfortable here.
This is a old apartment but maintained well. Train track is near by you will hear sounds but not very disturbing.
Elementary school near by is good. Shopping is also near.

I have lived in Rolling Hills from 2000 – 2011 and from 2013 – 2015. The management and community improved when the property management transitioned from ARMC to Bozzuto 7+ years ago. I lived in another nearby Bozzuto community 1999 – 2000 and 2011 – 2013, and, in my opinion, Bozzuto is a top-​notch company with pleasant communities. Rolling is diverse community of families; most of whom are friendly and welcoming. The children are very playful and mischievous at times. The playgrounds are nice, basic playgrounds. (Though I am 40 years old, I am a kid at heart sometimes, and I found the swingset to be fun.) The staff are very helpful, and they host events (pool party, art classes, etc.) that enhance the community and make it feel more welcoming. In fact, over the past year, the leasing staff have included more actitvities and gone «above and beyond» more than the other communities. When I had a longstanding noise issue with one of my neighbors, I approached the leasing staff after unsuccessfully talking with the offending neighbor, and the staff were very quick to address the noise issue and very helpful in patiently resolving it. The community is very quiet and restful at night, and in my building, there are no off-​the-​wall parties. I have had only about 7 maintenance issues in my 12 years at this community. The maintenance people are very timely in responding and have excellent quality in their work. The landscaping people keep the place looking beautiful. They have made various improvements over the past year or two such as: a beautiful new lounging deck (complete with trellis and soft-​cushioned outdoor sofas) at the pool, new pool furniture, a fitness room renovation with better or new equipment, and a beautiful landscaped area that leads to the MARC station (see the nice improvements in the «Photos» section). For MARC commuters such myself, the train station is within walking distance (7 – 8 minute walk from my building in the center of the community), and lately, the staff have served breakfast-​to-​go to me and my fellow MARC commuters. I would recommend this community as a family-​oriented, value-​priced community with helpful and professional staff and with plenty of green space for picnics, children’s play, and enjoying the natural beauty.
