Worst experience ever. Showed up today after 11 and no one was there. The lot is extremely tiny and hard to get into and maneuver around. Cars do not look nice. Walked around the lots for 20 minutes thinking someone would eventually come out but no one did. It appeared no one was working. Checked out the 2005 Honda Pilot for $ 8,499 with 108,000 miles on it. Pictures online looked great but in person it was not nice. There was rust on the hood. Dents and scratches throughout the vehicle. The interior seats were leather and looked stained and dirty. The carpet looked old and worn. The hatch and rear bumper looked like it may have been in an accident. The hatch did not look flush with the back of the vehicle. Also, the tread on the tires was almost nothing. They must have barely passed Maryland State Inspection. Terrible experience especially since we drove an hour for a piece of junk and a dealership that claims they are open and either weren’t there or did not find it important to come out and greet possible customers.
