He came highly recommended when my shellfish allergic son was also sensitive to a few «in everything» preservatives and MSG; and his office did the blood testing (not inconclusive skin pricking) to pick out which tree nuts he was allergic too. It’s unbelievable to me in a decade how the organic food selection has gone from a few choices to AISLES!

I have been a patient of Dr. Vaghi for 9 years at his Rockville location. He is extremely personable, professional and extremely knowledgable about allergies. On several occassions I had to reach him after hours and he returned my call right away and instructed me as to what I should do. I would recommend him highly to anyone with allergies. I took allergy shots for 9 years, but recently Dr. Vaghi indicated he didn’t think I would need them anymore so I have stopped. I certainly miss the staff and seeing him on a monthly basis. No better group of people exists.

I should have written this a long time ago. I went to Dr. Vaghi for almost 20 years for my allergy-​induced asthma and other allergy needs before moving to Kaiser Permanente about 2 years ago. Dr. Vaghi is not only extremely personable, but he asks questions about your environment at home, what places you go to often and thinks outside of the box in finding a way to help you live with your condition. He’s extremely knowledgeable and stays on top of the latest medical technology, and is just exceptional at what he does, but he does it with an easy, friendly approach. I’m really happy with Kaiser, but sorry that I can no longer see Dr. Vaghi because he’s hands down the best. I also have to put in a plug for his wife, Dr. Barbera, who saw my 3 year-​old son after he developed a nut allergy. She’s just as awesome as her husband. I can’t recommend a practice or people on a personal level any more than Dr. Vaghi and Barbera.

I have been seeing Dr. Vaghi regularly for several years for routine shots-​my allergies are practically gone! The staff is friendly, appointments are always timely and dr. Vaghi is extremely knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. I love the climate in the office and though the space is small and dated the care is top notch!
