Battlefield Harley-Davidson

Bought a beautiful 2015 Soft Tail Slim from Maria this weekend and had an AMAZING experience!!! This dealership truly goes out of their way to help ensure your purchase is perfect. We have bought parts here in the past and knew it was where we would go to buy our bike. They didn’t disappoint! John was ready to review all the financial stuff and got us rolling in no time. Even though this store is a bit further from home, we will continue to come here for all our Harley needs!!! Maria and the entire sales team are awesome!!!

I’ve been to HD dealerships all over the east and southwest. There may be a better dealer, but I ain’t found ‘em yet! I love the service I get here!
We went for the Battlefield Demo Ride day. They looked at my bike, Brad gave me some numbers, and we left. I shopped several dealers and none came close. Picked up my new Limited from Battlefield on 18 October 2014.
A week later I took my new bike in to get it tuned and have new pipes put on. Now it sounds as good as it looks.
Kudos to the dealership, and a big shout to Marty (Sales), Todd (Parts), and Eric (Service)!!

Nice large dealership with a very large selection of clothing and accessories. Staff was very friendly and professional

Large dealership near a great destination (Gettysburg Battlefield). My wife was very pleased with our visit as ²⁄₃ of the retail space were devoted to the ladies. There is definately something for everyone here.

Great Harley store with amazing service. My bad that I didn’t get the ladies name that helped us but she was very helpful without being invasive. Hubby and I like to browse and he doesn’t like having «help» but like I said she was very friendly without being a problem. She even volunteered to holding and running our «tentative» selections to the counter so we could continue to browse without our arms full.
The selection was immense for clothing, accessories and do-​dads but pretty limited on the bikes, unless they were in another room I didn’t go through?
Found a great medium weight jacket in their sale/​clearance rack area. $ 150 marked down to $ 115, not rock bottom but I was pleased with the selection.
I always want a T-​shirt but feel that Harley majorly over prices their Shirts. I just can’t get myself to pay $ 30+ for a tissue paper thin shirt that ABSOLUTELY will shrink due to the C grade quality. So much of Harley’s products are over priced.
We loved the store and will be back to browse however, purchases will be very limited unless their price point comes down a bit or their clearance racks are marked more like clearance prices.
I believe this should be a 3 Star for the store but their sales associate upped it to 4 Stars!
