An update to my recent trip to the fudgery– I talked to the manager of the store at least 10 times(whether it was on the phone, or emails back and forth) and each time I was assured that there would be a check in the mail for a full refund. I finally got fed up after all the contact with them and no refund, so I called corporate. After talking to the vice president, it took them two MONTHS to get the check to me. I don’t think that time frame is acceptable at all. I talked to this woman three times before she finally said she would send a check. I still wouldn’t ever recommend going to any of these places. They have terrible customer service and even worse product.
