Excellent customer service and great work! Everyone at Kars is friendly, professional and willing to help. My family has been using Kars for many, many years and we have never had a complaint. They even have a courtesy shuttle if you need a ride while your car is being serviced.

Exceptional service and pricing compared to my Mini Dealership in Alexandria, VA! The roads, or should I say potholes in the DC area take a toll on my Mini Countryman’s tires. I was in the Gettysburg area visiting my parents and saw a bulge on my front passenger side tire. I called my dealership and they were going to charge me an arm, a leg and my first born child for one tire because mine were «special run flats.» I immediately thought of Mikes Kars because they’ve been a lifesaver before and they ended up getting me TWO premium quality run flats for just about the same price!
I was safe driving back to VA and I just might name my first born Mike! Thanks again ladies and gents! Your customer service is unmatched!

Had a surprise day off and needed my car inspected. Called a dozen places who were unable to get me in, Mike’s listened to my story and made arrangements for me to be able to have the work done. And while I waited, i did so in perhaps the nicest, cleanest waiting areas I have been in that is not a car dealership!
